About this property

Large detached house of 350m2 which is organized on two floors, with a large equipped garden (barbecue, large table ..) in a quiet residential area of Ajaccio.
It has 4 very spacious double bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, two WCs including individual toilets, 1 double living / dining room, 1 fully equipped individual kitchen opening onto a terrace.

Bed linen is provided (beds made on arrival), as well as bath rugs and hand towels.

Ideal location: 10 minutes walk from the city center, and 150 meters by foot from the beaches / huts / bars. Diving club 500m away, tennis court and start of hiking trail. You will find all types of shops nearby: supermarket, delicatessen, butcher shop, not to mention an excellent small ice cream parlor just in front of the house.

You will be seduced by the charm and authenticity of this house, this mixture of modern and old, in an ideal atmosphere for spending holidays with family or friends.

Une maison familiale et chaleureuse idéalement située

Des hôtes très chaleureux comme cette maison ! Toute la famille a pu trouver son espace et les pièces de vie ont permis de joyeux repas tous ensemble. Le balcon autour de la maison avec un bel aperçu de la plage du Trottel et le jardin sont les cerises de ce gâteau. Tout peut se faire dans le quartier et le port et le centre ville ne sont pas loin.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande demeure familiale où chaque génération a trouvé sa place (des grands-parents aux petits enfants). Michelle a su répondre à nos questions lors de la réservation et a veillé au bon déroulement de notre séjour dès notre arrivée. Emplacement idéal de la maison à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du centre-ville.

La maison idéale pour nos vacances

Une grande maison de famille, où chacun a trouvé sa place, et où nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. Grâce bien sûr à l'accueil chaleureux et attentif de Michelle, qui a été disponible et à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. Grace aussi à la localisation parfaite de la maison, à 2 pas de la plage comme du centre ville, ce qui permet à chacun de suivre ses envies, avant de se retrouver le soir pour dîner au jardin. Proche de tous les commerces et située dans un quartier où on se gare facilement, la maison de Michelle est exceptionnellement bien équipée.

Maison ajaccienne typique idéalement située.

Michelle est juste très accessible, réactive, disponible et attentionnée. C'est très plaisant. Concernant la maison, la climatisation est dans toutes les pièces et est très appréciable. Maison sur 1 étage (voisins en rez de jardin ce qui n'est pas un problème car "invisibles") et jardin très agréable, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage du Trottel, à 10 minutes en voiture des premières plages des îles sanguinaires et à 10/15 minutes du centre ville. Attention, pour les adorateurs de la nuit noire, les volets et les rideaux ne sont pas suffisants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci Michelle
