About the property

A large luxurious detached villa close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The accommodation is accessed through solid wooded door to a welcoming hallway which leads to a large sitting room/dining room. Entertainment is provided here by way of a Digital Satellite TV, DVD player and Hi Fi system. Then from the dining area to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. Also on this level there is a double room & a family bathroom. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double room and twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms & a further twin room with an en-suite full bathroom. From the hallway another staircase leads down to a separate lounge having three bed-settees and giving access to one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & two twin bedrooms, also having en-suite shower rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom off the sitting room area.

Great Villa, Perfect Location!

We rented this villa for a week in early September 2010. We were a large group so were a little worried about space, but when we arrived we were well impressed.

The surrounding area is nice and peaceful and overall location is great. You are only a short walking distance to the beach and the the main Calpe strip where you will find lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. There are a couple of large supermarkets really close too.

The villa itself was very clean and tidy, the bedrooms are a nice size and there's the option to fold out 3 extra double beds in the lower floor living room should you need them. The large kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need should you wish to cook, it also has not one but two fridge freezers so there's plenty of room for beer!

The main living room leads out onto a nice cool breezy terrace overlooking the tennis court (don't forget to take a couple of tennis rackets!), great for relaxing with a glass of wine and escaping the scorching sunshine or if you prefer to sunbathe, the pool area has ample sunloungers and feels very private with no other buildings overlooking. The pool is a nice size and was regularly cleaned while we were there. We took full advantage of the poolside bbq every day!

Overall it was the perfect place for us, we didn't hire a car so having everything so close was perfect.
