Right in the centre of Cannes, this apartment is only 150 m from the sea, 400m from the Festival Palace, and just 50m from Rue d’Antibes where you will find the best boutiques in the town.

The apartment of 600 square foot comprises a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined), a living room with a large dining table for 4 and a very comfortable double convertible sofa-bed, a well equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and double hand basins, a separate WC.You will have free use of air conditioning should you need it, flat screen TV with many channels (including Sky news, CNN) and broadband internet connexion.

On the 2nd floor with a lift the apartment is very luminous and there is a balcony the length of the bedroom and living areas with a table and deck chairs. A baby’s cot can be provided on request.

A public secure car park is situated at 30m where it is possible to reserve a place at a favourable tariff for a medium or long stay.

You will not need a motorcar. The best restaurants and bars, the most famous night clubs and 5 star hotels, the most trendy boutiques are all within walking distance. Ideal for holidays because the private and public beaches are golden sand and very close by. The old town and the port are a short walk along the Croisette, from where you can watch splendid firework displays reflected in the sea every year in July and August.

As the main railway and bus stations are only 5 minutes from the apartment it is easy to take the train which follows the coast so as to visit Antibes, Nice Monte Carlo, or even Italy, and also St Raphael to the West from where you can take a boat for St Tropez.

Excellent stay in Cannes

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my satisfaction with this apartment and the owner Adeline made me feel it was important to leave my positive comments.

My family and I recently traveled to Cannes during the last week of June and we had a very wonderful time. On our arrival, we found the apartment was well situated in the heart of town and less than a ten minute walk from the main train station. The main roadway, boardwalk, and beach along the Croisette were also about two blocks down.

The apartment felt quite spacious for European standards and we were impressed that it had all the amenities we might have required. The bathroom and other rooms were very clean, the shower and appliances worked well for example, and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also nice to have air conditioning inside and a nice outdoor patio. Furthermore, there was a small grocery store just next to the apartment building and a larger one nearby.

We found there was plenty of shopping just one block down on Antibes Street and numerous restaurants all around. Most beach sections along the Croisette charge a fee to use, but the one called Plage Macé is near the apartment and has a free section open to the public. It wasn’t very crowded while we were there, and you can also rent loungers and umbrellas for the day at a good price. For a nice view of the city and ocean, I would suggest walking up the hill to the church (Notre Dame d'Esperance) on one end of the Croisette.

Before our arrival and during our stay, Adeline was very accommodating with any questions or concerns, and her correspondence was very prompt. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the apartment to family and friends considering a visit to Cannes.

Perfect location and owner

A perfectly located apartment, lots of space for 3 adults, and everything you need is there. The owner is really helpful and made everything easy. We have stayed at many apartments in Cannes, this was by far the best, we shall be back.

Very happy with our choice!

We arrived very late in Cannes with luggages and a little baby at 11pm. After hours of travelling by car, airplane and bus, we just cannot express how grateful we were when Adeline and her husband kindly picked us up at the bus stop and drove us to her gorgeous apartment, which we fell in love instantly.

Yes it looks much nicer than in the pictures, very comfortable, nicely decorated and very tidy. It provides everything you would want from a home in a very thoughtful way, not mention even the travel cot, high chair and a buggy with sun shade and rain cover provided for our little baby. I worried that the curtains might not be dark enough as I really need the rooms to be dark to have a good sleep, but when the blinds in both living and bed rooms drop down, the day feels like night no matter how bright the sunshine is outside.

The location is unbelievable convenient, very close to the sea, the train station, the posh shopping streets, the restaurants etc. It shocked us how close the super markets are, as they are literally just downstairs, which makes shopping extremely convenient.

We enjoyed very much of our holidays in Cannes and the surrounding areas. Car is not necessary, just if you arrive at Nice airport after 8:30pm there will be no airport shuttle bus, you'd have to take the very crowded local bus which takes longer time to arrive at Cannes. Never less, we really enjoyed our holiday, it was fabulous and we were very happy with our choice of where we stayed, couldn't hope for better!

Home from Home

Adeline's apartment was ideally situated for the kind of holiday we wanted. Near the beach, restaurants, shops. It was spacious, had a balcony where we could have a cup of coffee to start the day and a glass of wine to finish it. The living area was uncluttered. Open-plan. Tiled floors, TV, modern kitchen. The bedroom was cosy. The air-conditioning a dream. We would have no qualms recommending it to family, friends or anyone else who wanted to enjoy the many charms of Cannes..

Really nice!

My daughter and I were staying at the apartment from 21/08 till 05/09/2013 and we really liked it. The location is perfect - shops, sea, restaurants are nearby, two supermarkets are nextdoor, you can find there all you need including fresh baguete for your breakfast. Boulevard de la Croisette, rue d'Antibes, the railway station are very close. There is a very beautiful interior shop in the house and one more - across the street. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the host Adeline is a very kind and helpful lady. Thank you very much, Adeline!

I can recommend the apartment.
