About this property

Old fisherman's house, duplex, rehabilitated and with independent access. Located in the most charming area of the historic center of Mundaka. Privileged place, quiet and with excellent views of the harbor and the famous left wave of Mundaka.
Ideal for surfing, paddle, canoeing ... as it is next to the access to the sea. The area in which the house is located is a very quiet and familiar area.

The house will be at your disposal 24 hours a day to enjoy it as if it were yours and I will be at your disposal for any questions or problems that may arise. I will provide you with a contact telephone number, as well as any information you may need.

The house has:
-1 room with two spaces: Double bed and a double bed. (capacity: 4 people)
-Living room with a sofa bed: capacity 2 people.
-Kitchen (cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, water heater ...)
-Breakfast: Coffee, Cola-Cao, Cookies, Bread, Marmalade and Butter, Fruit, Infusions ...
-Dining table for 6 people.
-Sofa, armchair and TV
-Washing machine (with soap) and interior clothesline with tweezers.
-Griddle
-Heating.
-Full bathroom: towels (change of towels if necessary), shampoo, gel, hair dryer, comb ... and a toilet on the top floor.
-Rooms: Bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows ...).
-We have WIFI

Owners of the MUNDAKA SURF SHOP store and the MUNDAKA SURF SCHOOL school, so we have rentals (boards, wetsuits ...) and Surf and Stand Up Paddle courses.

The train and bus stop is near the house.
Very good communication with surrounding villages.

San Sebastian: 1: 20 minutes

Zentrale außergewöhnliche Lage am kleinen Hafen mit Meerblick

Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütliches kleines Appartement über zwei Etagen. Sogar Obst, Marmelade und Kaffe waren vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und Kommunikation. Nur Parkplätze gibt es so gut wie gar keine. Nur durch Zufall haben wir außerhalb am Strand einen gefunden und mussten dann mit dem Gepäck durch die gesamte Stadt laufen. Gut, dass Mundaka nicht so groß ist. ;-)

Greatly situated! Nicely decorated. Very inviting and clean. Extremely humid, but goes with the weather and surroundings. We recommend this apartment.

Dit huis vist naar een compliment

Een oud vissershuis, mooi opgeknapt en ingericht, in een klein, leuk vissersdorp, niet vergeven door toeristen. Need I say more? De bakker om de hoek, evenals een voldoende toegeruste supermarkt. Niet dringen!
