Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Please note that coastal protection work is taking place where rocks are being moved against the cliff - this can be seen and sometimes heard from the garden and will continue when the tide is out until late September 2020.
