Sleeps 2/4. 1 bedroom apartment with communal pool and manicured gardens. Private garden and terrace. Situated in an established private residence with secure private parking. Ideal location 7 mins walk from the port and 200m from Boullabaise beach. 5 min drive to Pampelonne beaches.

The apartment is designed and finished to a very high standard of throughout. Travertine flooring, marble tiling to bathroom. New furniture throughout. The private garden is landscaped (travertine paving/mood lighting) for alfresco lounging/dining with a decking area incorporating a shower and day bed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. The famous port of St Tropez is 7 minutes walk and Boullibaise beach is 200m. St Tropez offers a host of amenities and attractions. It has all the glitz and glamour you could wish, yet still retaining its unique charm as an old fishing village. Attractions from, local craft to high end fashion boutiques, magnificent yachts, numerous cafes where you can watch people or admire the harbour artists. There is also a renowned market held on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the Place des Lices.

Fabulous St Tropez

We spend two glorious weeks in August in St. Tropez. The apartment is luxurious and is located close to the port and town beach. The main beach is only 10 mins drive away. The apartment is well equipped and the garden is delightful. We ate at the apartment some nights, and having the dining room outside is quite something! The pool is only 2 mins away, which was very quiet even in August! We would cetainly recommend the apartment - as it is private, extremely well equipped and located in a very central, yet quiet location.

We have been several times to this apartment. It is clean, modern with a comfy bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range appliances. It now has satellite tv which is handy occasionally. The added bonus is the garden with sofa and table which we used frequently. The location is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of St Tropez with a supermarket on the way which has everything you need. Great to stride past the traffic jams on market days! And just over the road is Bouillabaise beach where you can catch amazing sunsets with a picnic and a bottle of rose.

Amazing holiday in an amazing apartment!

Me and my partner had an amazing stay in St Tropez! After a fairly eventful arrival day it was a relief to get into the apartment, which was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We rented a small car, so we could go and explore and even travelled as far as Cannes. We didn't have any worries with the car as the car park is very secure and private. We went in the communal pool everyday (although we were the only ones in there), the pool is clean and lovely to get away from the heat. The complex as a whole is very well kept and Jacquy makes sure you are well settled and have everything you need. We went out for some lovely meals in St tropez, to the Bouillabaisse beach club and restaurant - less than 5 minutes away and Le Girelier - in the port, both were amazing, but quite pricey! Marineland is a must - especially the lagoon as an add on. After long days out, the apartment was always brilliant to come back to and had everything we could have wanted. We both had a great time, and already want to go back!

Fantastic holiday..

We just returned from an awesome 2 weeks in Saint-Tropez.

The property was in a great location - very tastefully decorated, clean and with plenty of space (we were a family of 4).

The beach (beach clubs) are literally a few mins away, neither they nor the beaches were ever super busy even at peak times.

The pool on the property is a godsend once you decide you have finished with the beach for the day - again never crowded.

The off-street parking is really important and allows you to park and forget about the car - this could have been difficult as the roads do get busy, although Matt (the owner) did give us some alternatives if required.

Within a short walk, you are in the old town - so always plenty to do/see, or you can jump on a ferry and head out elsewhere...

In summary a great place in a fabulous location - we will return..

Uniquely stylish apartment close to the action

Our first visit to this one bed apartment and we were delighted. Highlights: stylishly furnished; large sunny garden where we dined most days; beach across the road; Pamplonne beach a short drive away. Easy walk for baguettes and indeed into St Tropez for lunch or dinner or ferry to St Maxime. Only needed tha car for supermarket shopping, bigger beaches and visiting hill villages.
