Stay was amazing and the pool is one of the nicest ive been in. The room was very clean, tidy and cosy although it was a bit of a climb up hill to get back to the apartment but other than that. Fantastic! Will stay again.

We went as family , the property is really nice , Victoria was lovely and so helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there , the room was spacious and just lovely , close to the beach and all amenities , we loved Tenerife so much , it was amazing .

First Class Service

I have just returned from my 1 week stay at this apartment and I have to say that it is one of the best places I have stayed in during my many frequent visits to Tenerife. While I was there I re booked another week in September so that proves how good it was as I can be fussy at times ! The apartment was accurately represented on the website but the service levels from Sergej the owner and his partner Vicky went way beyond that. When I arrived at Los Christianos bus station, Vicky was there to meet me and take me to the apartment and show me all of the features and then to check in to Castle Harbour complex itself. The staff there are fantastic and very helpful indeed. The beds in the apartment are memory foam, very comfortable indeed and the TV was a new LCD widescreen with a very good range of channels. This was a proper home from home and I can't wait to get back there again. Sergej the owner answered any questions that I had very quickly and he is very professional indeed. Castle Harbour itself is a lovely place, clean and quiet. The pool area is lovely, no problems with sunbeds which are only 2 euros per day to hire. The pool is heated to 25 degrees and is excellent to swim in. On departure, there is a room to leave your luggage in once you vacate the apartment so again, no stress or problems whatsoever.
