Christmas getaway
Loved this place! We loved our stay at blessed pines. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful home very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Owner has great communication with you. We got snow while there and scenery was just beautiful. This will definitely be our go to when we need that gateway from all that city craziness . Thank so much for sharing your property with us.

Fabulous secluded mountain home
We were here for a long weekend getaway and couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place. This house is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Every amenity you could imagine was offered. The scenery is gorgeous and there signs of wildlife everywhere although we didn't actually see any elk on the property, you knew they had been there. The home is very comfy and elegant. We enjoyed the porches and the peace and quiet. It's a nice drive through the Lincoln Forest to go to Ruidoso and a short drive into Cloudcroft. Kim was so nice to send us information on places to eat and visit. We hope to go back and make this an annual trip but we promised we'd stay an extra day or two because 3 nights just wasn't enough.

Serene Mountain Retreat!
This is our second time staying at Blessed Pines, and it was as delightful as our first visit. The cabin's well-stocked kitchen made cooking and grilling our meals a breeze, and we appreciated the comfy blankets for those cooler evenings. While we spent most of our time enjoying outdoor activities, the evenings spent in front of the wood-burning fireplace reading and playing games were a highlight. Blessed Pines has become a favorite destination for us, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

The owners live in Texas and always wanted a mountain home as a future retirement spot. They built this house to one day enjoy summers in New Mexico & winters in Texas. They have 2 children, busy jobs, and active in the community. Blessed Pines is there new 2nd home and getaway until retirement.

Why they chose this property

The 7 acres on dry canyon was the perfect balance between secluded enough for my husband's desire to get away from the hustle & bustle, but close enough to the small town of Cloudcroft for some social interaction & activities when we retire one day.
