Nice place to stay. Near the beautiful beaches in and around Miami Platja

Nice and clean property with everything you need for a long stay like a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The house has a great outside living with outside furniture. The central facilities such as the football pitch, swimming pool, tennis court, and clubhouse are heavily dated. Grass and weeds on the football pitch and tennis court were very high. For us, it didn't matter much as we did things outside the park. If you are more tied to the park with small children, it is something to consider. Overall, had a great stay close to all the main amenities. The house was clean and has beautiful mountain views. The beaches are about 10 to 15 minutes' drive away. Overall, highly recommended.

Inconfortable

Attention aux fourmis qui vont envahir votre nourriture ! ! Vous n’aurez que le salon de jardin très inconfortable pour vous détendre devant la tv… La literie est dur et les coussins sont jaunâtres. La « fraîcheur des pins est insuffisantes pour garder la maison au frais » et ouvrir les fenêtres c est un don de sang assuré car les moustiques tigres sont très nombreux ! La voiture se raye contre la végétation qui demande un élagage. L’allée du lotissement est défoncée. Le terrain de foot est défraîchi (attrayant sur la photo). Aucuns transats (pourtant visible sur la photo) autour de la piscine situé à 200m et qui demande pourtant 4€ par personne. Piscine enfants avec une eau sale. Voiture obligatoire pour faire les courses. Plage à 15 minutes en voiture et non 5 minutes. Terrain en pente très dangereux pour les petits donc non idéale pour les enfants adeptes de découvertes (stipulé « idéal pour les enfants de 0 à 17ans »). Barbecue non entretenu, nous avons dû acheter une grille neuve. Prévoir un ventilateur car sinon vous en achèterez un sur place. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant car tout était très sale. La propriétaire est honnête car elle nous a remboursé les frais de ménage. La vue est agréable et le quartier est très calme.

Super séjour

La maison est vraiment bien équipée, la terrasse est top avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne, les plages sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le seul hic c'est qu'il était trop court 😁

Mooi huis en omgeving

Het huis is heel goed onderhouden en alles is aanwezig zoals vermeld op de advertentie. (De vloer was wel niet zo proper toen wij toekwamen...) Maar mooie grote slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden en een leuk terras in de schaduw. Het was wel jammer dat we weinig info kregen over de regels van het domein (zoals vuilnisbakken ed. ). We moesten enkel sleutel ophalen in het agentschap maar kregen verder geen uitleg... We wisten dat er een zwembad was door de advertentie maar toen we daar aankwamen (na een rit van 14 uren) bleek dat het zwembad betalend was en dat je op zaterdag namiddag niet meer terecht kon voor de tickets. Het bureau was pas op maandag vanaf 11h open. Dat was dus wel een enorme teleurstelling en voor mij moest dit toch zeker op voorhand gemeld worden. Desnoods kan de eigenaar misschien tickets voorzien voor de gezinnen die pas op zaterdag inchecken? Op zich hebben we wel een leuke tijd gehad maar de temperaturen maakten het onmogelijk om goed te kunnen slapen. Er zijn teveel muggen om het huis volledig open te zetten en er is geen airco aanwezig. De ligging is wel heel goed als je met de wagen bent. Het zicht is ongelofelijk mooi!
