This great 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home will be your great retreat for your vacation. Enjoy the stunning views from the pool deck or watch the wildlife while you sit in the pool and enjoy a refreshing drink. The home boasts great views over the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake and observe the birds, as they play and hunt for fish. The owner has just remodeled large parts of the inside of the home. New stylish furniture in European design, 3 new TVs, new hardwood flooring, and new impact windows are among the many features that make this home stand out from the rest in the area.

On top of that, new, comfortable sun loungers and a new BBQ with 4 burners complement the upgraded interior. Plenty of space to cook huge steaks. The pool can be heated in the winter. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Please ask us!

Nice clean villa plenty of room in a nice area.Nice pool one a gay I've outside furniture very tired

Overall very good stay Stefan was easy to deal with not that we had any major problems only a bulb needed changing. Outside pool area furniture very tired but did not ruin our stay would stay here again

Wonderful vacation at Villa Madeira

My family and friends, 4 adults and 4 kids stayed at Villa Madeira and we had a wonderful time. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood that also felt very safe. It looks just like the pictures, very spacious, well equipped (much more beyond the essentials), clean and tidy. It is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The communication was exceptional and Stefan was always available and answered our questions immediately. The guest guide book was very detailed and had plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We requested the pool heating and it was well worth it during the first week of April. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Bradenton

The house is great and my family and friends had a great time staying there on our vacations. The property manager was attentive and supportive. I highly recommend this listing and we would love to return in the future.

Great house. Amenities were really good. Everything worked which hasn’t always been the case when we rent, so we never had to contact the host. Had pretty cool weather but the pool heated up nicely given the weather. Lot of room and the beds were nice. The grill was nice too. There was also great beach chairs that weren’t really advertised. Only minor suggestion would be a bit more lighting by the pool. Overall great experience.

Christmas stay

The house is just like the pictures, or better. Everything was very clean upon arrival. It is the most well stocked house I’ve ever rented. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and the best thing for our family was the good quality beach chairs that we used on the beach. The pool area is very nice. Our kids (ages 11-18) enjoyed it. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely go again!
