Hi. I’m Sagrada Familia Spotlight, a 90 m2 apartment which has been designed editd and produced for fans of Gaudi and his masterpiece. So close that you’ll feel its presence at all times. And perhaps you’ll even dream of it at night. The construction os the Sagrada Familia started over a century ago and now there are plans to finish it in the year 2029. Until they do, I’ll be here.

I’m spacious, comfortable, functional and fully equipped, with excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi systems. I have a large living room and dining area, kitchen, two completely refurbished full bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, and three bedrooms with a total capacity for 7 persons: one triple bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Because of my tube shaped structure, two of the three bedrooms do not have windows, but they can easily be aired out thanks to the front and back windows in the apartment. I’m located on the ground level of a building and I’m completely accessible fot persons with reduced mobility.

Yes, you’ve found it, you got it! It’s impossible to be closer to the Sagrada Familia. Well, alright, you could sleep over in the interior of the temple, but it’s not very cozy and you’d eventually get caught. Better to stay here at the Sagrada Familia Spotlight apartment. The best thing with my location is that I’m surrounded by activity, bars, restaurants, stores and supermarkets, but my street is a calm oasis, quiet and peaceful.

My location is remarkable: within 15 minutes walking you’ll easily get to the Gaudi Avenue, the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, the Agbar Tower, Els Encants (Barcelona’s biggest Flea & Street Market), the shopping mall Glòries, the Auditorium, the Diagonal, the Casa de les Punxes and the stores at the Paseo de Gràcia. If you don’t feel like walking, you can always take the metro station Sagrada Familia at just 2 minutos from your door. ¡Enjoy!

Really nice apartment and many thanks to the staff for their help. We wanted to visit some nice places in BCN and they helped us a lot.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and close to almost everything, so ¡yes! we had an unforgettable days in this apartment :)

Worst apartment

I would like to warn anybody thinking of booking this apartment , firstly I will say it was a central position . This is the only positive comment I have , the apartment was dark and the smell of damp was over whelming there was one small window in rear bedroom which led to no where , the showers where both broken , and sink was falling off wall , the bedroom floor was so damaged there where gaps between each plank through dampness . And I must say the biggest con was it advertised a patio well I wish I could attach a photo it was a a 3 foot square with mops buckets washing machine and tumble dryer with damp walls and unsupported lumps of concrete above your head from apartment above . This was a surprise for my disabled sons 18 th , I have been complaining since sept to no avail , not even an offer of compensation !! And now they ignore all my emails which I send on a regular intervals ps I've been forced to give rating so one star for position .

Superb apartment very convenient location

We loved this clean, well equipped apartment. Very close to the metro, and the beautiful Sagrada Familia; situated in a very quiet side street, no night noise. Handy local shops made home cooking possible, but also many good restaurants within a short walk. We were collected from Barcelona airport by the company recommended through Home and Away, it was an excellent service. We were then met at the apartment by the local representative who took time to welcome us and show us around the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. No problems encountered and would recommend this apartment without hesitation.
