The apartment, of 70 sq.m. (or 229 sq. ft.), is on the ground floor with its own private entrance. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with their own wardrobes. It also consists of an open-plan living room with dining table, sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new modern appliances (fridge, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine) and kitchenware. It has a big bathroom with shower and a washing machine inside and last but not least a back yard full of roses.

The house, initially built in 1950 as a traditional residence of Lefkada is fully renovated into a bright, cheerful modern apartment with a district identity. Focusing on retaining the house’s heritage, all furniture is hand-made from recycled wood and metal. In every corner of the house you will discover details (hidden lighting, knobs made of tree branches, antique decorative items, driftwood headboard and many more) ideally combined with modern materials such as concrete and inox, all reflecting the owners unique aesthetics and personal work.
