Our 3 bedroom apartment at La Manga Club offers our guests luxury accommodation in an unsurpassed setting with stunning views across the resort to the Mar Menor. Los Olivos 5C is centrally located within La Manga Club and within easy walking distance of the resort's restaurants, bars, and amenities - with the 28 court tennis centre literally across the road!

Los Olivos is a fantastic community within the La Manga Club resort. It is well managed which means that the community looks great and the forward thinking approach of the committee and the owners' sees a programme of regular reinvestment in the common areas and on the apartments too. Guests have use of two outdoor and one heated indoor community pools. The changing rooms have recently been refurbished. There are large sun-bathing areas and a jacuzzi.

We bought our apartment in 2011 and have reinvested in it every year since then whether it be on larger projects like refurbishing rooms or smaller things like just making sure the apartment is well equipped. When you stay at 5C you should have a great time - see what our previous guests have had to say.

5C is light, airy, very spacious and easily accessible apartment with everything on one level . It has three generously sized bedrooms (one with en-suite), a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, a recently refurbished and fully equipped modern kitchen, two recently refurbished luxury bathrooms, and a central air-conditioning and heating system.

Our guests also have free access to wi-fi.

We have a superb terrace with a built-in BBQ and a Weber for quick meals, smart dining furniture and ample sunbathing area with loungers. Why not catch the early evening sun in the rear garden.

We have spent many holidays in La Manga Club and often dreamt of owning a property at the resort. When we first viewed Los Olivos 5C the view blew us away and now, many visits later, waking up in the morning and opening the doors to look across the resort to the Mar Menor and Med is still a special treat.

Our apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped and is a real home from home. As owners we reinvest in 5C - new for 2017 is a newly refurbished kitchen, family bathroom and en-suite bathroom. Come and see for yourself...

Firstly, wow! the apartment and resort take my breath away with how beautiful they are. Well presented apartment. Lovely place to stay. Amazing view. Clean. Tidy. Feels like home from home. You must visit the Palm Lounge. It is a lovely place to eat, chill and enjoy the large, large screen with films on or sport. Sport tables. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is lovely and a good price to.

For wheelchair and less mobile guests please note that Los Olivos 5C La Manga Club is on one level and there is non-step access to the property from the rear. However the property benefits from an elevated position and so a car is recommended to get to and from the property. High chairs are available for hire.

Fabulous apartment and great service from owners

Our 6th year in Los Olivios and we really recommend this apartment and the highly professional standard of service offered by the owners Justin and Wendy. Apartment is furnished to a high quality, and immaculately clean, with everything needed for a family or group of friends. We have rented for 5 years with our 2 children (now 9&7) and they love staying there. Very central location so easy walk to numerous sporting activities (5mins to tennis) and bars/restaurants, whilst remaining a quiet location. Community owners have spent time /money over the winter updating pool (1xindoor and 2xoutdoor) facilities which are like new. Views are stunning. Highly recommended!
