Outbuilding of 34m2 new in a freestone property built in 1850 and renovated in 2015, located in the heart of Saint Mathurin-sur-Loire, a typical village in the Loire Valley between Angers and Saumur, with all amenities on foot! (shops, restaurants, medical center) and near known and lesser-known vineyards and castles
Our cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped.

Appartement douillet et réconfortant.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement était confortable, propre et très bien équipé pour notre confort. Un havre de paix après nos excursions. Nos hôtes étaient charmants, attentionnés et disponibles. Leurs recommandations d'escapades étaient toujours justes. Un petit village bien situé pour rayonner dans les villages aux alentours et découvrir la Vallée de la Loire.
