The recently renovated apartment Albertina consists of five rooms: a living room / dining room with sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and blender) , a single bedroom, a double bed, a bathroom with shower / bathtub and washing machine, and two terraces overlooking the garden.

Appartamento Albertina is a stone's throw from Prato della Valle, the second largest square in Europe, from the Botanical Garden, now a UNESCO heritage site, from the basilicas of Sant'Antonio and Santa Giustina, and very close to the main hospitals (Ospedale Civile, Sant'Antonio, IOV, Centro Gallucci).

Apartment Albertina is suitable for a vacation in Padua, one of the most beautiful cities in Veneto, close to Abano Terme and the Euganean hills, or for a visit to Venice at more affordable costs, for a business trip, but also in the case in which, coming from far away, it should assist more days for a family member during a period of hospitalization.

The city center, reachable on foot in a path enlivened by cafés and shops, is rich in monuments and picturesque areas: the Palazzo della Ragione, the squares of Herbs, Fruit and Gentlemen colorful outdoor markets, the ' ancient home of the University, the Scrovegni Chapel with frescoes by Giotto, the Observatory and the Astronomical Observatory, the old buildings, the streets of the Ghetto, the waterways of Riviere and more.

Great place, great location, great hospitality

We had a great time at Primo's place, it was a beautiful space, open, airy, very comfortable with anything we could have needed. Location was great and Primo was very hospitable.

Eine super Stadtwohnung!

Für alle, die das Stadt-Flair von Padua genießen wollen kann ich diese hübsche Wohnung nur ausdrücklich empfehlen! Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Prato della Valle, der sich rühmt, der größte Platz Italiens zu sein - und noch ein paar Schritte weiter und man ist direkt im Herzen der Stadt. Fast direkt beim Appartement liegt der Botanische Garten, ein "muss" für jeden Pflanzenfreund. Primo Gasparin ist ein ganz besonders freundlicher Vermieter, hatte sogar für eine Grundausstattung im Kühlschrank gesorgt und natürlich auch für den Caffè. Von jedem Zimmer aus kann man auf die Balkone und dort ein Zigarettchen genießen mit Ausblick auf einen wunderschönen Magnolienbaum. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist prima - alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Betten waren komfortabel und wir hatten einen erholsamen Schlaf, der auch nachts durch eher wenig Straßengeräusche nicht gestört wurde. Nach unserem 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt können wir eine Bestnote vergeben und danken unserem überaus wohlwollenden und hilfsbereiten Vermieter für den Aufenthalt in seiner schönen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und preisgünstigen Ferienwohnung! Difficile trovare di meglio

La nostra lunga permanenza in questo appartamento ci permette di dare un'opinione serena e ben ponderata. Noi ci siamo stati per cure mediche presso il vicino ospedale ma abbiamo apprezzato molto la comodità, la pulizia, la recente ristrutturazione e la disponibilità di Primo. Disponibile Wi fi e pay tv. Lo stabile è recintato con posto auto (fattore molto importante a Padova). Vicinissimo a Prato della Valle e alla basilica di Sant'Antonio. Per noi era fondamentale che fosse vicino all'ospedale civile. Per i bimbi ci sono tante opzioni. L'orto botanico, il planetario, parco Treves e il parco Iris sono vicinissimi. Supermercato e servizi tutti ad un passo. I locali nelle vicinanze sono convenzionati. Andare a Venezia è semplice e comunque è facile raggiungere i caselli autostradali. Grazie alla famiglia Gasparin. Torneremo sicuramente in altre occasioni. Consigliato

Bell'appartamento in centro

Siamo stati veramente bene in quest'appartamento molto comodo, confortevole e luminoso. L'appartamento è ben arredato, accessoriato e corredato di tutto quello che può servire.Pulitissimo! In ottima posizione, vicinissimo a Prato della Valle ed alla Basilica di Sant'Antonio, in centro storico si va a piedi in pochi minuti, la zona è servita dai mezzi pubblici e ogni tipo di esercizio commerciale. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il posto auto e la pay tv, oltre alla cortesia e disponibilità del sig. Primo. Lo consigliamo e torneremo sicuramente.

Un'ottima base per Padova e dintorni

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Primo in occasione del Carnevale 2016 e devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è comoda e accogliente, dispone di posto auto privato e come se non bastasse c'è la pay tv per le serate in cui dopo tanto camminare si vuol restare al calduccio sul divano. I posti letto sono cinque per davvero, nel senso che non ci si ritrova accalcati in pochi ambienti (ci sono una stanza singola, una matrimoniale e un divano letto nel soggiorno). La zona risulta abbastanza tranquilla e oltretutto è abbastanza centrale (la zona pedonale è raggiungibile in una decina di minuti)...insomma: nulla da obiettare!
