About this property

Perfectly located in Majke Jevrosime Street, on a very quiet and safe place (police station is approx. 30 meters away) you need 3 to 10 minutes to walk to the all attractions in the city center. The neighborhood is very friendly, all living in harmony. In a matter of walking blocks, you can find various restaurants, great ethnic food, cafes, grocery stores that are open 24 hrs. Just in a case 2 minutes’ walk from our apartment is well-known pharmacy in which the boss is our best friend.
Built in 1940 the characteristic building with high ceilings, including access by elevator, marble interior of a building, our apartment has recently been renovated. It is facing the yard away from the traffic noise.
Spacious room can accommodate three persons (standard double bed) and a sofa for one person. You will enjoy complete privacy with full access to the entire apartment and two keys to make life easier for couples or friends doing their own thing.
Your stay will be made easier with the new equipment, such as:
32" Philips TV LED with digital signal, super-fast Wi-Fi, fridge, stove, air-condition, central heating, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner & wash machine. Tall ceilings, wood floors and vintage tiles are in the kitchen. It is freshly painted in white.
We provide fresh linens with the newest furnishings so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay. Professionally cleaned with clean sheets and towels before every guest arrives!
We are well travelled and happy to meet new people from all around the world. We will be on call all the time to help our guests with any concerns or information needed.
Please take some time and look at pictures and plus description. We do not have reviews yet because we are very new on this market.
If you arrive by car (unfortunately, free parking is available only at night from 21 pm to 7 am, after 14 pm on Saturday and on Sunday), fast car park Politika, and Pionirski park garage are in the close vicinity and it is also possible to park along one of the surrounding streets (Zones 2 and 3 - where the zone number corresponds to the number of hours allowed to park).

Great location!

The location is PERFECT! It really is right in the center... walking distance to anything a visitor would want and adjacent to all transportation hubs.

Great stay in city center

The apartment was very clean, everything that was needed was provided. Nebojsa gave very detailed and accurate instructions for check in and out process. He also provided very detailed emails to include photos of the outside go the apartment, this made it easy to find, as well as recommendations for great points of historical interest day and nightlife. Unfortunately I did not get to meet him until the day i checked out but communicated with excellence and was very helpful. I would stay at his apartment again and recommend you do the same. Milo

The flat is clean, well kept, in a quiet neighbourhood. It is like shown in the pictures.

I was very pleased with my stay. The flat is very close (5 min. walking) to Republic Square, one of the main squares of the city, really the centre. Close also, to different restaurants and supermarkets, where I could buy food. The flat itself is spacious and clean. Warm water in the shower. Wifi. Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge. It overlooks a big yard that is very quiet, so I was able to sleep well with open windows during the night. When asked by my friends there, I recommended it to them for other Belgrade visitors'. The owner was very nice to me. He answered my questions, gave some useful piece of advice about Belgrade; he also allowed me to leave my luggage over the appointed time of 11.00 o'clock on the day of departure. I definitely recommend this flat for a stay in Belgrade..
