Villa was very spacious there were 10 of spread over 3 family groups ,we all felt comfortable

The villa was great for us able to relax and the Kids loved the pool our 3 family groups had their own space ,bedrooms all a good size Kitchen and dining area were good Only minus for us was the furniture was heavy a little dated maybe, but it was all comfortable. No complaints really we loved it

Pack Vacation

The process of booking Bay Vista from start to finish was slick. Upon arrival we were greeted with cakes, fruit and water which was much welcomed. The accommodation was spacious for 9 and all the facilities were in good order. Struggling to understand some of the negative reviews as it was exactly what we expected. Locations was less than 30 mins to all the parks and local restaurants all of which were great. This is out 5th trip to the area but our first stay at Bay Vista but would stay again and recommend to others. Very good value. 👍

What an amazing villa. Every little touch had been thought of. Spotlessly clean. Amazing facilities.

Easy booking process and excellent communication with the vendor. Prompt replies to queries and a greatly appreciated ‘welcome pack’ upon arrival. Every need has been catered for and more. Great location for the parks and everything else Orlando has to offer.

An incredible, well-equipt property with families in mind. Would definitely return!

We stayed at the property August 1st through to August 15th for our first Disney holiday. Myself, my husband and our two children aged 12 and 10 travelled with my mother in law and her husband, we then met my sister in law, her husband and two boys aged 9 and 7 at the property. Upon arrival, everyone agreed that it was a beautiful property. The kind owners had left complimentary water, pepsi, fruit, cake, cereal and crisps - these were a great help as we didn't make it to the supermarket until the following day. The pool area was clean and had a lovely seating area with a BBQ grill just outside of the pool screen. The children used the pool often (we advise to wear socks as children who are in the pool a lot had sore feet from the pool bottom. Socks worked a treat.) The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of dining seating for a larger party. All of the bedrooms were beautiful and the beds incredibly comfortable. We visited most of the main Disney and Universal attractions, all of which are within a 30 minute range. Walmart is 2 minutes away, Target is 5 minutes away...perfect! After a couple of days, the place started to feel like home and not just a rental. We would all gladly return to this property should we be holidaying in the area again. Many thanks to the owners for a fabulous family trip.
