About this property

It is a detached house composed of ground floor, two floors and garden with swimming pool. The house has access through Pop Street and Gerret Street. Each floor consists of 130 square meters, 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to large terraces. The garden (ground floor) has about 200 square meters surrounded by olive trees and with an elevated pool of 5 meters in diameter by 1 meter in depth. The third floor is a terrace / solarium of 50 square meters.
The main entrance is by C / Pop, from the terrace you access the ground floor and stairs that go up to the second floor. By C / Garret there is direct access to the garden by a large barrier that allows entry of car, bikes etc;
The garden communicates with the house by a glazed window to the dining room and also by a portal that by an interior patio that has another staircase that also goes up to the floor.
The entrance terrace to the ground floor is 10 mt by 3. 5 mt. From this terrace you enter the main room through a window, there are several sofas and T. V .; follows a corridor that connects to the main kitchen, a bathroom, the 3 bedrooms and ends in the dining room and garden. Adjacent to the dining room is the laundry room and the second bathroom. The first room has a double bed and a window to the terrace, the other two have two single beds and their windows look out onto the adjoining garden. The bathroom here has a bathtub, bidet and a large closet. From the main dining room you can go directly to the garden and pool, or through another door to the interior patio that has stairs to go up to the floor. This patio also joins the garden and the barbecue. At the bottom of the dining room there is a laundry and another bathroom with shower. The garden is surrounded by trees that preserve privacy. The garden has a large lawn area furnished with a large table and sun loungers. There is a portable pool of 5 meters in diameter and one of depth.
The apartment has two terraces, the back with views of the garden, where the stair climbs, and the front, larger, to the sea.
When going up to the back terrace you enter the apartment for your kitchen, the same terrace communicates with the laundry and bathroom with shower. The stairs continue to the viewpoint.
On the floor, after crossing the kitchen, there is another bathroom with bathtub and bidet; a room with two beds with its window overlooking the garden, and next another room with double bed overlooking the neighborhood. Crossing a stone arch is the living room on the floor, which opens with windows to the front terrace.
On one side of the living room on the floor there is a double room with its window facing the terrace, and on the other side, next to the fireplace, other stairs that end at the front of the house.
The terrace of the flat also has 10 m by 3.5 m, there are also sofas and a folding table for 10.

The house is located in the vital center of Sa Rápita. It is a quiet residential area and also a step away from the main shops on the promenade. From the same maritime walk you can access the sea by many points, one right in front of the house!
Being the house located on the second line of coast does not reach the traffic noise and bustle of the activity of the first line.
Do not depend on the car for daily life, walking in less than two minutes there is an excellent bakery open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with takeaway, 3 small supermarkets, pharmacy, bank,
a square with market on Saturdays and itinerant fish market, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and the bus stop.

Excellent accomodation, charming host, perfect location
The host / property manager was always very helpful, kind and highly flexible in any question. After a storm he immediately managed to start repairs in the house. Also helped us in various issues (like printing tickets etc). We were all very satisfied also with the house and equipment and with the location as well. The description of the property is correct; the house keeper was always to be reached without any delay.

Great week in the sun
We had a great time in Sa Rapita. The villa was lovely and spacious for 11 of us. Plenty of restaurants and a 40 minute walk to Es Trenc which was beautiful. Thank you Maria, Ethan and Angie for such great hospitality.

Fantastic house choice for a Holiday!
First of All Majorca is really beautiful, I have been there many times however this last experience was the best one for our family! We stayed in a fantastic house which is spacious we were very well Wellcomed also all the rooms were very organised and cleaned the house has everything little things you need to be more comfortable . Moreover with swimming pool which we had lots of fun with our family, neighbors were great in additional near of the best beaches in the Island with a beautiful view. Was the best experienced for us and we as a family truly recommend it ! For who wants a fantastic Holiday. Regiane

Großartiger Aufenthalt und gute Lage
Ethan hat uns als Gastgeber super geholfen und Luz hat sich um alle Probleme vor Ort gekümmert. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber dennoch noch sehr gut in Schuss! Ingesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist Top. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da.
