About this property

You will love this Modern Tropical condo right in the center of the island from Rent On Padre. It is located on East Swordfish, just steps away from the entertainment district. You are less than a block to the beach too! Fabulous location! This is a great 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps 6. You get a King Size bed in the master bedroom. The Second bedroom is a bunkbed with both a twin and a full size bed. There is also a twin trundle bed you can pull out from under the beds.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

The kitchen is one you will love to cook in. Granite counters and Stainless steel Appliances. It really is lovely. You also have a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer. You will love being here. If you have a larger group, You can rent Pueblo del Padre I #6, which is right next door.

Winter getaway

The condo was centrally located to access the beach which it was amazing and the local food and bars. People were very friendly. Felt safe and enjoyed the pool at the back. Grounds were very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for my 5! Clean spacious cute ,Close to down town and the beach access . You can hear the bands outside at night , the pools were amazing view in back yrd so perfect while you swim. Definitely will rent again . Kitchen was stocked great and appliance all worked perfect. The woman who assisted me in leasing it was amazing felt like I walked away with a Friend after 1 phone call! Very accommodating and kind

Very Clean and walking distance to beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach and Tequila Sunset. I would recommend to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook, the ones in the condo are worn out. Definitely would stay again.

Location was great

If you are just needing this place for sleeping is great. I do not enjoy the beach as much so staying in was a little difficult. Pool are had no chairs. Cooking utensils were really cheap making it hard to cook. Guest bathroom does not lock! (From the inside you think it locks but it does not) was okay clean as long as you don’t look at the dust on walls … and also there was no broom. We did have to call after hours bc light came out of pool (hazard) and they did come out asap! (8pm) So far that I do think it’s amazing! Overall if you are a beach person totally recomend it!
