Pen-Y-Bryn is the top part of a converted family home recently updated for holiday use, with easy access by road, 2 parking spaces, with stunning views of the town itself, Looe River and Looe Island.

It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.

There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.

The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.

This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.

A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.

Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Best views in Looe & Lovely Apartment

The property is lovely, spacious, has a balcony, a view from every window and the views are amazing, you can see the harbour below from both the kitchen, the balcony and the living room, and you can see the river from the other living room window and one of the bedrooms, the views are amazing. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean, tidy and spacious.

Pat and Brian were wonderful hosts, collected us from the train station and brought our luggage to the train station on our last day as we wanted to spend our last day there.

I would certainly recommend and if we visit Looe again I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

There is plenty to do in Looe and surrounding areas and Cornwall as a whole. Looe has shops to browse around, boat trips up the river and out of the harbour and around Looe Island. Plenty of great places to eat and something to suit everyone.

Excellent place for spending relaxed holidays

The property was just as described with excellent views, good beds, as well as a nice kitchen, bathroom and a sitting room .Everything was well maintained and in a very good shape.Pat and Brian are really nice hosts and give you all the help you need for spending a relaxed holiday.I definitetly can recommend this place , you will not be disappointed.I hope we come back again.

Immaculate and comfy

Lovely welcome from Brian and Pat on arrival. The apartment really is a substitute for home with fantastic views and spotlessly clean. Has everything you need and the real bonus of comfortable sofas, a must if the weather's being unkind. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay.

Simply superb

Brian and Pat are fantastic hosts and the property was excellent. Exactly as described and very well appointed, with views that are gorgeous. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Looe, close enough to the town centre you can walk it in 5 minutes (coming back up the hill will take a bit longer, or do like we did and pay for a cab for about £4!).

Perfect place!

We're not quite sure how to put this in words, but Brian and Pat's place in Looe is absolutely awesome! The photos in advance looked lovely, but honestly they do not do it justice. Brian and Pat are perfect hosts - always there if you need them but other than that they are quite happy to let you make the most of their beautiful home. The house is ideally situated - a short walk into town (albeit rather steep coming back up!) but a taxi cost us £3 when we treated ourselves so that really isn't an issue. You are spoilt for choice for cafés, restaurants and pubs and there are numerous places within a short drive to visit. If you are looking to have a holiday in Cornwall, go here - you will not be disappointed. Pen-y-bryn is gorgeous, and I know for a fact we will be back one day!
