It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.

There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.

The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.

This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.

A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.

Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Wonderful holiday in lovely apartment with breathtaking views!

Lovely apartment, one of the best we've ever stayed in. Very clean and with everything you could need. Really nice couple who own it, very welcoming, even put a pint of milk in the fridge for us. Views are amazing with a sunny balcony, cannot fault the apartment at all. Looe itself is wonderful with lovely restaurants and a clean safe beach, lots to do in area, what's not to like! Highly recommend the apartment and the very nice owners who go out of their way to ensure everything is ok.

Best views in Looe!!

We loved Looe, it had lots of character and more than enough going on there for us and the Kids.

The property is in a really fantastic location which you don't fully appreciate until you are there, stunning!! And you are only minutes away by foot from bustling East Looe shops, restaurants and a really nice sandy Beach.

The apartment itself is immaculately clean, spacious and really comfortable, Our hosts Pat and Brian are both friendly people who I'm sure would be glad to help if you had any problems whatsoever, but I'm pleased to say we didn't.

We hope to visit Looe again within the next few years and I can't think of better place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic!

We came down for 3 nights, our first little holiday with our 4 month old baby.

Pat and Brian are amazing hosts, meeting us with a smile.

The cottage is perfect, the views are staggering and it has everything you could possibly need.

A lovely apartment with wonderful views

Arrived to a warm welcome from Pat & Brian. We were given a tour of the apartment and all it's amenities. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The view from the balcony, kitchen and lounge is amazing, it not only overlooks the harbour but also a view to the sea.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy warm weather enabling us to have light meals and glasses of wine on the balcony.

Looe is well situated for touring Cornwall and we had an extremely pleasant stay. Car parking at the apartment was an added bonus.

The perfect break!

Pen-y-Bryn is the ideal self-catering apartment for a stay in this area. It's well located, overlooking the town and with its own private parking which is a big plus in Looe. There's everything we needed (and plenty of other amenities such as washing machine, that we might have needed on a longer stay). The view from Pen-y-Bryn is spectacular, the property is exceptionally clean & comfortable and the welcome from Pat & Brian is very warm. Highly recommended! Chris & Lyn Howard, Tetbury
