Property looked nothing like photos

I was really looking forward to a few days to get away with my daughter, spending a week of playing tennis and lounging in the sun. In the write up it said that the property had tennis courts which was a big part of our agenda for the week. But there were no tennis courts. The concierge was little help. He said because it was a third party rental all I could do was to contact the person who rented the place to me. I called the number on my emailed receipt and left a message telling them of my disappointment and would appreciate a call back but no one ever called me. The unit itself was fine but just not what it looked like in the photos. I was particularly disappointed there was no balcony. After the initial disappointment of being sold something that we didn't see in the photos and the fact that the manager or owner made no effort to make things right, we still had a nice time. The resort itself is starting to get a little tired looking but it wasn't bad for the price.
