Ideal for couples and families, to relax on the beaches of the lake and to practice sports (windsurfing, rowing, sport fishing, diving ...) the area is full of paths to be covered on foot or by bike that lead from the lake to the hills and then up to the mountain. It is in a perfect position to visit Monte Baldo. It is the ideal residence for every type of need.

The rustic is located in the municipality of Brenzone in a peaceful and reserved setting. It is about 500 meters from the beaches of Lake Garda and is close to the main services. It is ideally located for lovers of hiking and cycling. The rustic is structured on three levels and is fully furnished and equipped with dishes. the ground floor is occupied by a large living room, furnished with two sofa beds, bathroom and small cellar. On the first floor we find the kitchen with access to the garden of about 70 square meters complete with table and chairs to share lunches and dinners outdoors. On the first floor there is also the double bedroom, a single bedroom and the bathroom. An internal wooden staircase connects the floors of the house.
