This villa is located in the Bonaire, a peaceful residential area near Alcudia just behind the Golf Club Alcanada. It is a very quiet area with a geological mix of sea and the Sa Talaia mountain that overlooks the Bonaire residential area. The area is dominated by mediterranian pine trees with various walking tracks and trails. Most of the coast in the area is rock however there are 3 sandy beaches and beach bar (Malpas, Sant Joan and Morer Vermell) within a 10 min walk. A 5 min walk to El Cocodrilo marina where you can find bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk from historic town of Alcudia. There is also scuba diving available at the marina.
Alcudia is 2km away where you will find a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants and a medical practice open 24 hours.
There is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The bus station provides you a frequent bus service to different destinations including an express bus to the airport in the tourist season. see for timetables
The Port of Alcudia is about 4km away where you have the marina, shops, restaurants and bars if you are looking for some night life.

The house is beautifully refurbished with hi quality finishes.
Master bedroom has french doors leading out to the garden and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has french doors leading out to the garden. Both bedrooms have Super King size beds which can be converted into single beds if necessary. All bedlinen and towels are of Luxury quality. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge freezer with osmosis water dispenser, Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, lounge has a dining table for 6, a chaise long sofa for 4, SAT 3DTV, Hifi+internet radio.
The porche at the front of the house has a dining table for 4 persons to be able to dine "al fresco". The house has air-conditioning throughout and has Internet WIFI. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. Parking is not an issue in this area and you can park your car right in front of the house. There are about 10 steps up to the front door with a handrail. If you are looking for peace and quiet for your holiday, this is the place for you to stay..

Far exceeded expectations
This a terrific place to stay. Martin was there when we arrived and showed us around explaining how things worked. We were pleasantly surprised that he had stocked the fridge with lots of food and drink which meant we didn't have to go to the supermarket after a long journey. The villa was immaculate with plenty of best quality white goods, bedding, and towels, things that are sometimes neglected when renting. The villa is in a quiet residential area just eight minute's walk from the nearest beach. There are several restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and the Old Town is a ten minute drive away. We would without a doubt recommend Martins Villa to anyone considering staying in Alcudia.

Another lovely holiday in this well appointed villa
This was our second visit to Martin’s lovely villa and we weren’t disappointed. The house is in a great location close to a local shop, bars and restaurants. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and everything has been thought of that you may need while on holiday. Martin is a great host, he was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and was there to meet us on arrival and departure. All fixtures and fittings are very good quality. The local beach is a short walk - 10 minutes max and has beautiful clear water although we were surprised that the beach bar, shower and beds and umbrellas aren’t there anymore - however a bar appeared on our last day there and was due to be opening in the next couple of days. We had another wonderful holiday in this lovely villa. Thank you.

A great 2 weeks’ stay
We stayed at the house 2 weeks in July and it was great! Martin as a host was perfect: from the very first contact to the last words of goodbye. The location is very good: quiet, easy parking, trees. Very easy walk ti the bearest beach, kess that 10 mins. Actually, there are 3 beaches around, we just picked one the nicest. Beautiful clean water, gets deeper slowly. Again: quiet. 2 good restaurants nearby: the pne at the corner was good for a meal “Im too lazy to cook today” and the one at the marina (7 mins walk) great for seafood! (Thank you Martin for recommendation!) House: spaceous kitchen-sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything one might need. Even a tap with drinking water! Very comfy beds - quality nights sleep. Perfectly clean, hotel-quality bedding and towels, and even beach towels! And the aircon was just brilliant. Be ready for some moskitos, usual near foresy areas. They were there, but it was not too many. A very pleasant stay, wich would be perfect if there was a barbecue, which was not allowed because of the proximity of trees and the heat (understandable). We compensated in a great steak place in Alcudia. Thank you, Martin, for everything and a special thanks for the welcome foods supply: was a very pleasant surprise which very much appreciated!
