TWO full sized paddle boards have been added to the property for your enjoyment! There are ladders on the dock to easily get in and out of the lake.

Located on beautiful Lake Conroe, complete with convenient boat tie ups right out the wall of windows in the rear of the condo!

This remodeled condo is located waterfront with beautiful unobstructed views of Lake Conroe. Fish right outside of the condo on the private April Point South boardwalk. Fold up chairs and fishing poles and some tackle provided for convenience. Enjoy family fun on the oversized common grassy area. Corn hole game, ladder game, floats with an inflater, all provided to ensure your stay is full of family memories!

APRIL SOUND MARINA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. YOU MUST LAUNCH YOUR BOAT AT A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP. BOAT PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE CONDO ON THE WATER. I HAVE A PRIVATE AREA ACROSS THE STREET to keep your trailer and/or boat in during your stay, boat docking and tie ups outside the unit. You ARE allowed to keep your boat in the water outside the condo!

This condo is full of beautiful updates! Enjoy cooking in this chef's dream kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasoning, a Keurig coffee maker as well as conventional coffee maker. Extra large updated refrigerator, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking ware. Also a full sized washer and dryer with laundry soap. Open floor plan with a large table seating six, a bar seating three, 3 newly furnished and painted bedrooms, all with 32" tv's with a King bed in the primary downstairs room and queen sized beds upsatirs. Sliding doors guve access to a private patio/balcony. The living room also has a sofa bed couch, loveseat and rocking recliner to comfortably seat six., a fireplace not found in most units, 75" living room smart tv. Relax on the back patio, offering panoramic views of the lake.

Sleeps 6-8 with three queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Just 20 minutes from The Woodlands which offers upscale shopping, unique restaurants, a movie theatre, and a great night life. We are pet friendly (pet deposit and weight limits apply) however, pets must be on a leash while outside and pet waste must be properly disposed of in the convenient pet waste stations.

Enjoy grilling outside on the provided propane gas grill with back up propane provided as well! Look no further! This lovely unit has it all!

Beautiful townhouse on the lake

We loved our stay at this condo/townhouse. The eye for detail in the decorations and the supplies for our stay were just above and beyond! The home was clean and bug free! :)

Boat Owners Dream

Boat owner treat!! I hate launching process so very nice to only have to do once & enjoy the boat tied out front of the unit for several days. The easy off & on the boat from the dock was a breeze! Christi has lovely taste & thought of almost everything. I’m going to mention one slight oversight so you know this is a real & honest review. I’m pretty sure Christi is a younger woman & doesn’t need a X10 makeup mirror, LOL. It wasn’t a huge deal because I didn’t wear makeup. The silver lining…I appeared younger in the mirror. Second thought, maybe Christi had it just right!! Highest recommendation; we love this place! Book it.

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful Home on the Lake!

We loved our time at the lake! So peaceful to sit on patio for our morning coffee. Perfect location close to wedding venue. We had everything we needed and there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. It’s a gated community and very secure. Car is needed for access. We did have a problem with the door lock, but communication with owner was very responsive and sorted out quickly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.,

Montgomery/Conroe is a beautiful area filled with history, antique shops, several marina's for boat renting, lake front restaurants, national forests and beautiful landscape. April Sound is a country club community with beautiful landscape from the minute you drive through the gate. I chose this area because it had a country feel and the luxury of lake life.

What makes this property unique

This unit is a corner unit with patios off each bedroom. The view is stunning and offers great opportunities to watch Lake Conroe wildlife. There is a convenient private boardwalk for April Point South residents and visitors leading to the country club, pools, golf course and restaurant. Fishing is great right out the back door and storing your boat in the water is permitted for guests. You will never get tired of the view from the kitchen, dining and living room of beautiful Lake Conroe.
