Villa Mas Mila, modern villa decorated with both style and comfort in mind offers spacious, bright rooms with superb views of the country side. You can relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday knowing that all possible services including Air Con (see below) can be provided.

Its numerous terraces are perfect for sunbathing, reading or just chilling.

The villa has 3 floors:

Top floor: Huge bedroom with a terrace.

Main Floor: beautiful open plan living dinning area facing to a very spacious terrace with a chill out and dinning area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also a toilet.

Lower Floor: 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another bathroom in the lower floor.

The large decked pool is for sole use of guests.

Importantly, the main floor open plan area has a large terrace overlooking the pool area and the natural park

Villa Mas Mila is in an exceptional location for those who want a little bit of everything, and why not?

About Sitges: Sitges is a Spanish town about 35 kilometres southwest of Barcelona, renowned worldwide for its Film Festival and Carnival among other fiestas and events. Between the hills and the sea, it is known for its much-frequented beaches, nightspots, and historical sites.

While the roots of Sitges' artsy reputation date back to the late 19th century, when Catalan painter Santiago Rusiñol took up residence there during the summer, the town in the 1960s became a centre for the counterculture on the mainland of Spain (then still under the dictatorship of Francisco Franco), and became known as a sort of 'Ibiza in miniature'.

Sitges has been referred to as the St. Tropez of Spain, the main reason for this being the setting by the sea and the surrounding Parc Natural del Garraf. Proximity to Barcelona International Airport is also a major advantage.

There are beautiful villas to rent which offer access to all of what Sitges has to offer. Villa Mas Mila is one of the best in the area.

Things to do in Sitges: From museums, beaches, restaurants, quaint streets, great shopping, vibrant nightlife, great bars, cocktail & tapas, spas, watersports, mountain biking in the garraf, horse riding, a massage on the beach, art exhibitions, big brands and quirky boutiques - you name it, you've got it. It is all available in Sitges!! It's not what is there to do?? The real question is what do you want to do and how much time do you have...

Fantastisches Haus in grüner Umgebung

Das Haus präsentiert sich innen wie außen modern. Die Küche ist gut und vollständig eingerichtet. Die sonstige Inneneinrichtung vermittelt einen überwiegend hochwertigen Standard. Das gesamte Objekt wirkt äußerst gepflegt. Aus unserer Sicht besonderes Highlight war die große Terrasse mit dem weiten Blick in die grüne Hügellandschaft (es gibt noch insgesamt 3 weitere Terrassen/Balkone). Heutzutage auch wichtig: Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Wir waren mit 2 Familien eine Woche dort und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es ca. 7-8 km (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto). Alles in allem können wir das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Besonderes Lob gebührt abschließend noch der Agentur "Utopia Villas Reservervations". Sie agierte im Vorfeld unserer Reise und auch während unseres Aufenthalts absolut schnell und zuverlässig- einfach ein professioneller Kundenservice wie wie ihn bisher so noch nicht erlebt haben! Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an dieser Stelle!

Budhist Monastery 7 min by car in the middle of the Garraf Natural Park.

Vilafranca del Penedes, famous for its wines only 6 min by car.

Portaventura theme park and water park 45 mins by car.

City centre Barcelona 35 mins by motorway - 35km.

Montserrat Mountain and Monastery 1 hour away.

Golf: Sitges Golf Club is just 12 min away by car.

The villa during the high season is rented in a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
CHECK INS – Check in is normally after 16:00. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early arrival times but in high season this is unlikely. Check in is at our office on Calle Jardi 16, Sitges 08870. All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time.
LATE CHECK INS - from  8pm – 12pm or on Sundays anytime will incur a charge of €40 per villa. A check in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €75 per villa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Saturdays: 10:00 am -  8:00  pm (High Season) Sundays/ Public Holidays   : CLOSED
CHECK OUT is before 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check out requirements apply to all villas and are available at the villa and upon check in.  Failure to adhere to these check out undertakings will result in additional charges being levied.
