About this property

T2 of 30m² on the ground floor with mezzanine in a closed tree-planted residence with 2 gates with electric opening, shared swimming pool, large terrace of 27m², private parking space, 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from shops. Spacious T2 allowing to sleep up to 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (2 pers.)
- mezzanine furnished with 2 single beds (2 pers.)
- living room with quality click-clack (2 pers.)

In the living room you will find TV / TNT, 1 DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with 1 dishwasher, 2 fridges, one with freezer, 1 traditional oven, 1 microwave, 1 toaster ... In the bathroom there is 1 washing machine.
On the tree-lined terrace, 2 sunbathings await you to bask in the sun or under a wide blind over 5m! A table and chairs will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals from breakfast to dinner.
Outside the residence you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the region (Le Lavandou holds the blue flag, a guarantee of quality!) like the beach of St-Clair, Cavalière, Anglade ...: in all 12 km of beach for the pleasure of swimming, lazing around, nautical sports. Every Friday the town organizes fireworks for summer visitors. In the evening, the streets are animated with concerts, the night market ...
You can walk, on foot or by bike to the coastal path for example. If you prefer sea trips, a rental service offers motor or sailing boats.
For the attractiveness of Lavandou you will also find an exotic mini golf, golf, an open-air cinema-theater ... and in the evening after a busy day you can dine in one of the many restaurants near the port or else sip a cocktail in one of the many cocktail bars.
Le Lavandou is particularly well located geographically. The motorway, rail and air routes (A8, TGV, airport) can bring you 25 km from our rental, which is a good distance so as not to be too disturbed by noise, olfactory or other nuisances also.
The department also has many parks for young people: animal parks such as the Zoological Garden of La Londe les Maures (10 km), amusement parks such as the Magic World of Hyères les Palmiers (25 km) or water parks such as Aqualand 3 in number just in the Var.

Es sollten einige Reparaturen dringend durchgeführt werden

Das Reihenhaus liegt in einer schönen Anlage. Das Haus selbst und ihre Ausstattung bedarf einiger dringenden Reparaturen, bzw. Austausch bestimmter Einrichtungen. Sonst ist es ganz angenehm drin und draußen.

Lange zeit Keine Renovierung gesehen.

Positiv: Lage günstig und Anlage schön mit vielen blühende Sträucher, nahe am Strand (1,3 Km) und mit eigenem Parkplatz 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Terrasse vor der Tür mit Liegeplätze. Küchenuntensilen und Geräte vollständig. Pool in der Anlage Negativ: Nach der ersten Benutzung der Waschmaschine lief in der Küche braune Brühe unter dem Küchenschrank hervor. Nach öffnen des Schrankes entdeckte ich blühende Pilze im Schrank welcher schon aufgeweicht war so das dieser Zustand schon lange vorherrschen muss. Offensichtlich ein Leck im Siphon. Keine Kissen wie abgebildet für die Liegestühle. Keine Bettwäsche oder Tücher für Bad oder Küche vorhanden und auch kein Hinweis darüber in der Beschreibung bei FEWO. Man hat das Gefühl das diese Wohnung lange nicht mehr renoviert wurde. Im Oberen `Geschoss` keine Stehhöhe, insgesamt für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Für 2 Personen gut.

C était très bien.

Location agréable. Grande terrasse idéale pour stationner les vélos, profiter transats et manger dehors. Piscine très bien au moment de notre séjour car très peu de monde, proche de la location. Supermarché et plage à quelques minutes en vélo

Agréable séjour passé au Lavandou dans ce logement parfaitement aménagé, joliment décoré mais aussi calme et bien situé. De plus la résidence est sécurisée.
