About the property

This is a 32m2 apartment facing south with a balcony

This 32m2 apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable and is totally modernised. It is fully equipped with everything a family requires for a great holiday. It is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible to families by 2 lifts. The apartment offers superb views of Mont Blanc and down the valley to Les Houches

The property has a double bed in the bedroom. The main living area has a comfortable double sofa bed (with proper mattress) and there are table and chairs which give a comfortable eating area for 6 people. There is a TV which shows DVD (No TV) and a radio/cassette player. There is also free wifi in the apartment.

The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, microwave & 4 hobs (no oven). There is ample space for storage of groceries and the cupboards are stocked with all the crockery/pans that you will require. There is also a large storage cupboard located to the side of the kitchen. The bedroom consists of a double bed and has a large built in wardrobe and numerous drawers. The bathroom with unlimited hot water, consists of a bath and a very powerful overhead shower as well as a separate toilet.

There is no extra costs as linen, towels, final cleaning and holiday taxes are included.

We like to personally check-in our customers and aim to greet you when you arrive in Chamonix. If this is not possible we will give you a detailed explanation in order for you to self check-in. We will always be contactable in the event a problem may arise and will try to meet you before you leave Chamonix. If a late check-in (after 9pm) is unavoidable then a €30.00 late check-in fee may be charged.

We do take a €200/£200 damage deposit on booking which is returned within one week after departure.

Appartement petit mais bien agencé et très bien situé : aiguille du midi, centre ville, bus, tout est accessible en moins de 5 de marche! Belle vue sur le mont blanc!

Cozy and great location

My husband and I travelled to France 8/24-8/31. This cozy apartment is in a great location in Chamonix. Centrally located with a short walk to the center of town, the lifts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Town bus is outside the front door (though we never needed it). Kitchen is well stocked, modern bathroom, sitting area with great views of Mont Blanc! Buidling lifts are very quick.It really was a perfect location for all the activities for the UTMB races. Owner & represenative were very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Would love to return to this area one day and we'd stay at CBL again!

Good place to stay in Chamonix.

We are a couple with a 10 years old boy. We spent 7 days in the apartment. The reservation was made through the communication by e-mail with the owner. The agreement we got, was very detailed and clear. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It is not large, but we found it very convenient. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all we needed and even more. Bath-room is clean and nice. The bedroom for the couple can be totally separated from the living room with the door. The additional beds in the living room can be easily opened and closed for the day-time. We found the beds were very comfortable, even for my problematic back.

The location is really perfect. A nice picture of a glassier surrounded by mountains, covered with wood is seen from the window. We found a large bus-station Samonix-Sud and a stop of the local "Mule" shuttle just downstairs. The central pedestrian streets, full of restaurants and shops is less then 5 minutes walk. One of the cable-cars is just in 2 minutes walk. Several good supermarkets are in a walking distance.

The owner was always available by Skype and phone and was always ready to answer all our questions and to help with our problems.

We enjoyed our staying in the apartment very much and will recommend it to all our friends both for summer and winter holidays.

Tutto perfetto - all perfect

L'alloggio è piccolo ma molto carino, esattamente come descritto e rappresentato nelle fotografie. Situato in una posizione strategica sia per il centro della stupenda Chamonix, sia per la partenza verso le piste da sci (di fronte alla stazione Chamonix Bus), peccato la mancanza della neve..... ma ciò non dipende dal proprietario! Consiglio a tutti.

The apartment is small but very nice, exactly as described and represented in the pictures. Located in strategic place, between the center of the beautiful Chamonix and the Bus Station for the ski slopes (on the other side of the road); pity the lack of snow ..... but that does not depend on the owner! I recommend to everyone.
