Residence Caird is situated in the Domaine de L'Ariondaz, which nestles at the top of Courchevel 1650 overlooking the valley below.

Only a moment's walk from the shops and restaurants it offers the ultimate in genuine ski-in, ski-out facilities. Exit the heated ski locker room, click on your skis and off you go. The lift is only 50 metres away.

Renovated to a luxurious standard throughout, the apartment (75 M2) comfortably sleeps six people with its three bedrooms (two twin rooms and one king-size bed) and large living room and kitchen. With oak floors and Italian tiles throughout, granite kitchen work surfaces and three balconies it offers luxury ski accommodation.

Included within the rental price is the bed linen, towels and cleaning to allow you to arrive and depart relaxed. There is also a high-chair & cot for small people as well as a full height fridge-freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV and DVD along with a large choice of DVDs and of course Wi-Fi.

Facilities: Relaxed and friendly with excellent access to the whole of the Trois Vallées, Courchevel 1650 (Moriond to the locals) is smaller than 1850 with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with its own character and style.

The slopes in 1650 offer some beautiful cruising runs, great fun for all levels of skiers and much quieter in comparison to Courchevel 1850.

Perfect ski-in / ski-out self-catering apartment.

We had a fabulous week at Residence Caird and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone looking for a quality, well-located, self-catering option in Courchevel. It really is ski-in / ski-out with all the amenities of 1650 just a few minutes stroll down the mountain. If you are driving, ample parking available in front of the block or across the road. The apartment is extremely well appointed and immaculately clean: very comfortable beds, luxury bed linen, fluffy white towels, plenty of seating in the lounge area, everything you need in the kitchen plus ample storage for all that excess ski kit. The owners have thought of everything and provided all you need (thank you!). The views from the apartment are just lovely, with the front balcony ideal for a spot of sunbathing in the afternoon. Overall, the location is perfect for those wanting a bit of piece and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to everything if you need it. We hope to re-book next year which is the best recommendation we can give.

Very happy

The apartment was lovely - in a great location, spacious and well kept. We really appreciated having well stocked cupboards too - it makes a huge difference if you're cooking at home. Jane was very prompt at replying to queries, and provided us with all information needed. We stayed as a group of three couples and would definitely book again. And the showers were great - very important after skiing!

Excellent apartment, with great owners!

First impressions when you walk in are that the whole apartment is clean, warm and well fitted.

The owners were easy to deal with during the booking stage and were always forthcoming with information.

If the owners are guilty of anything its that they undersell their apartment. Everything was as it was described and to add to that, the beds were comfy and the lounge is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Theres a good selection of DVDs to chose from too. The lift from the apartment leads straight to the locker room, which leads straight out down 50yds to the Petit Moriond. This is a short lift that drops you up onto the main piste where you can ski down and chose from all the destinations available to 1650.

On foot, you have the bus stop convieniently outside the apartment which takes you either down the hill to 1650 and up to 1850. We had young children so it was easier for us to catch the bus in the morning and leave the skis in lockers by the piste.

On foot, its an easy walk to the nearest supermarket for you essentials, but even walking into 1650 itself isnt that far. We did it several times.

Every year we try to get it right, and this year, we feel like we did with this apartment.

The best testament we can give is that we will be booking again! This is our 4th year having family ski holidays but the first time we've foudn somewhere we'd re-book.

Courchevel 1650 itself has plenty of reviews, but we will say that it was great for the beginner / intermediate, however you can easily get to 1850 if you want more of a challenge higher up.

Thanks again to the owners and can't wait to go back again!

Look no further!

This is our second visit to Residence Caird. The owners Jane and Giles have been excellent to deal with from the outset and have provided a thorough and honest service throughout. The accommodation is in a super situation providing a genuine ski in / ski out property with a 4 or 5minute walk to all shopping and entertainment facilities in Courchevel 1650. A wealth of resort information and recommended restaurants are provided internally.

The internal fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and the bedrooms extremely roomy and comfortable with the two larger units having balconies. The two bathrooms are modern and both are fitted with very powerful showers with one having a bath. The TV and sound systems are top quality and the range of DVDs provided are extensive and varied.

If you are considering visiting this exclusive resort you would not be disappointed with Residence Caird - first class and reasonably priced .

Amazing apartment, ski in, ski out

A really lovely apartment, couldn't ask for more.

Ideally located and ski in/out perfect location for skiers and non skiers

It is exactly as described, the owners have thought of everything you may need while staying here all you need to bring is your luggage, skis and any food you need although there is an abundance of restaurants minutes away

The apartment is well laid out, warm and comfortable. It was extremely clean and well kept.

The owners were really easy to deal with and provided lots of information before and during our stay

I would definitely recommend this apartment we will definitely be returning
