Completely renovated Masia in oasis of calm between Llucmajor and Porreres.
Traditional ¨Finca¨ with place for you and your family for 8 people 6 km from Llucmajor and 5 km from Porreres-
With views of fields and hills all around. Restored a house with lots of details and taste with spacious dining kitchen incl wood oven for fresh pizza or bread if you wish to make one. Outside there is a Butane BBQ available!!! The property also has a dinner and living room with flat screen tv and internet, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. If you want to cool off, this can also be found in the newly installed swimming pool with some nice sun loungers available. Plenty of room for the whole family! Two wood stoves are available for the cooler days.

In Lucmajor there is a market 3 times a week and in Porreres also once a week. Both villages have the necessary supermarkets and various restaurants to enjoy a delicious Spanish meals and dishes. And if you want to go out for a ride, Llucmajor is good located to go to Palma, Es Strenc to Cala Llombarts, but also Alcudia, Arta and Sta Ponsa are easy to reach

Casa en zona tranquila

La casa está fenomenal. Tiene piscina, bbq, etc. Se encuentra alejado de la zona turistica por lo que esta genial si buscas tranquilidad. Los dueños tienen caballos y suelen pasar por las mañanas a darles de comer.

Der perfekte Finkaurlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien dort (Kinder zwischen 10M und 4J). Die Anlage und das Haus sind liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Marga und Mateu sind tolle Gastgeber und haben ein großes Herz für Kinder. Wir könnten sie immer gut erreichen und sie sind regelmäßig vorbei gekommen, haben sich um alles gekümmert und uns mit selbst angebautem Gemüse versorgt. Es gibt Pferde, Hühner und Gänse - eine richtige Attraktion für die Kinder. Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage.

Wir haben schöne Tage auf Mallorca verbracht. Die Finca wird mit Strom per PV-Analage und Diesel-Generator versorgt. Man sollte mit dem Strom gut aushalten, damit der laute Diesel-Generator nicht anspringt. Telefonnetz ist kaum vorhanden. Internet ist ok (per Satellit), aber sollte nicht erwarten, dass viele Streams parallel laufen können. Die Finca ist gut erreichbar und mit der Beschreibung auch gut zu finden. Man ist schnell in Palma und am Flughafen. Supermärkte sind auch in großer Auswahl in der Umgebung. Ein Mietwagen sollte aber vorhanden sein. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise ist einwandfrei. Vorort kommen regelmäßig Magda und Mateo zur Finca (sprechen nur spanisch) und sind sehr freundlich + hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight.
