The apartment sleeps seven between three bedrooms. There is one master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and an ample living room with a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps two. There is also a second bathroom with a jacuzzi bath to relax in the evening. The apartment is a great size at 120m2 meaning that everyone will all have their own space.

The penthouse is equipped with everything you will need. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Krpus Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and sheets and towels are provided. There is also underground private garage parking and WIFI.

The apartment is located over two floors. The first floor is the apartment and the second floor there is a wonderful rooftop terrace of 50m2 to enjoy views of the sea and the Huertas or sunbathe with year round sunshine or to enjoy a Valencian evening star gazing.

The apartment is located in a beautiful spanish village called Foios just outside of Valencia capital, with a metro stop three minutes walk from the house with transfers directly to the centre and airport every fifteen minutes. This means you can enjoy all of the amenities of Valencia capital whilst still living a true Spanish experience!

The beach is 5 km away from the house with a short drive though the famous Valencian Huertas where local produce is grown and can be bought daily or in the town market on Saturday morning.

A welcome book is located in the apartment where all necessary information can be found including ideas for fun family days out.
