This new home in East Hampton is located within an exclusive private beach community offering every modern amenity for your next vacation including central air conditioning and a heated saltwater pool!

The home is fully equipped with everything you need for your next vacation. On the first level you'll find the living room, open kitchen, and ensuite primary bedroom with walk in closet. Sliding doors from living space and bedroom open to a large deck, weber grill , fully fenced and landscaped yard. There is a heated saltwater pool with newly installed patio and large umbrellas for shade. Upstairs is the second ensuite primary bedroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and another full bath. There's a bonus room upstairs great for children's play and a Peloton bike available for use located in the basement. Guests not only have access to the entire home, but they will also have access to a private bay beach, playground, and marina with parking located only 1 mile from the home!

Perfect vacation house for families!

I recently completed a stay at the property. We were 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The house had a crib and other accessories/toys for small children along with plenty of room for us to spread out across the home. The pool was a hit and we enjoyed many sunfilled days swimming in it. Access to the local beach was also a nice bonus! Overall, I highly recommend the property.

Terrific house; brand new; great back yard / pool; all around excellent!

We had a wonderful time at the house! My wife, and two year old daughter stayed for two weeks. We had some family and friends as well and the house was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation in East Hampton!

Robert's house was perfect for our family of 6. The home is extremely clean(coming from an extremely neat and organized individual), even has that new construction smell and decorated so nicely yet very comfortable. The home included a plethora of amenities. Great selection of towels and bedding along with a well appointed kitchen. The pool was also equipped with plenty of lounge chairs as well. It's truly a home away from home. Although the home is in springs the drive to town wasn't an inconvenience. And there are several local markets along with a bay beach that make everything accessible. The neighborhood was super quiet. Robert was a great host and available if we needed anything but there are clear instructions provided at the house. Overall, it was a family friendly home and was a great stay!
