Luxury 3 bedroom apartment with amazing sea views and 45m sq sun soaked terrace

This amazing luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in the idillic Spanish fishing village of Gran Tarajal, just 25 minutes South of the island, from the airport.. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with an infants cot + high chair,which are available FREE of charge if required.The large modern living & dining area is fitted with air-conditioning.

The apartment as a 45m sq private sun soaked terrace, which includes front line breathtaking sea & mountain views.The 25m swimming pool can also be viewed from the terrace.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area & washing machine.Nespresso coffee machine is provided in the kitchen,for all those coffee lovers!

This uniquely located apartment offers lazy days by the pool,gym facility or strolls into the harbour or nearby town with its promenade & unspoilt sandy beach!

The promenade offers a good choice of restaurants of which are all very reasonably priced & to a high standard of food!And for fish lovers the daily catch is highly recommended.

Location: Vista Mar 5J located in Gran Tarajal,overlooking the harbour which takes pride in hosting the Fuerteventura. Gran Tarajal Open de Pesca de Altura. Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin,there is a typical Spanish fiesta(party) at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment,lots of fun!!

Gran Tarajal's location means that it is a good base, it as all amenities to hand and is just a 20 minute drive to the famous white sandy beaches of the south, zoo and water sport regions!

Complex amenities: The complex as a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities adjacent to it.Vista Mar also offers a 25m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. All this is exclusive for guests & owners only!

Vista Mar 5J is one of very few that includes its own private parking space, directly behind the apartment, this means no walking up or down stairs with heavy shopping or beach bags:-)

Local attractions & activities: For anyone who is partial for a round of golf,Las Playitas is just 5 minutes from the apartment and is set in a idyllic ocean view location.Also very popular on the island is the sport of kite & wind surfing,located just 20 minutes South is the famous beach of Sotavento,lessons are available here at the Rene Egli Centre.

Well Equipped and Perfectly Located

The property was exactly as described and well equipped and maintained. The welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Location was perfect for our needs. Great for just relaxing on the balcony with stunning views south over the bay towards Morro Jable, or lounging around the pool and also a perfect base for exploring other parts of the island. The property is located in a very tranquil area and the walk into town on an evening around the harbour was very pleasant.

The whole booking process was very simple and communications from the owners very good. All information was received in a timely manner.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday in the Gran Tarajal area. There are a good selection of restaurants on the seafront, our favourite being Tapaventura. I have no doubt that we will be visiting again in the furture.

This is a lovely spacious apartment..

I had a lovely two week stay at this apartment with my niece's it was much bigger than I thought it would be and the terrace was beyond words and the view was wonderful I'm missing it already .. Will definitely be coming back... It was a wonderful two weeks and thanks for the welcome gift ..we are looking forward to coming back to your lovely apartment again thanks x

Great family/group Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment, it is very tastefully decorated with everything you would require for your stay. The view from the terrace which, again beautifully furnished, and overlooking the sea will just take your breath away. The pool is also fantastic, clear salt water and beautifully clean with poolside toilets and showers.

We travelled with our grown up son, daughter in law and their 4 month old baby, along with our young 8 year old daughter, all were equally overwhelmed with this apartment and its facilities, and we all absolutely loved Gran Tarajal, which has a great beach and numerous wonderful restaurants.

The owners, Leslie and Tracey, offer a first class service all around from the moment you make your booking to thanking you for looking after their apartment at the end of your stay. The communication they provided about both the apartment and the area in general was very much appreciated because this was our first visit to Fuerteventura. We would definitely return to Gran Tarajal and have no hesitation in highly recommending this accommodation. You will just love it!

Beautiful apartment

Had a fab 4weeks at apartment 5J Vista Mar. Everything you want ,a great location ,a terrace that gets the sun until sunset a bbq to cook dinner ,a lovely quiet spot. Not forgetting a lovely view to the sea .

Lovely apartment in wonderful town

Had a fantastic week in this apartment. The weather was amazing so we took full advantage of the terrace, eating and sunbathing with the view every bit as good as in the picture. The little gym was a great way to work of the excesses of the day before.

Gran Tarajal was a complete surprise. Very authentic with no touristy bits. The list of restaurants was very useful with the ones we went to being brilliant, didn't have a poor meal all week and all very reasonably priced and just a 10 minute walk through the lovely harbour.

With 2 young children the beaches were perfect, within half an hour drive on clear roads you could get mile upon mile of golden sand with safe warm water and excellent waves to catch.

Overall a great holiday in a lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Thank you

"Fan-bloody-tastic" !! Sorry, but it was!!

We were met by Leslie on arrival and instantly felt at home and loved the apartment. So airy, bright and clean. Just knew we were gonna love this holiday and with 4 weeks stretching ahead for us we were excited to find out just where we were and what we were going to find.

As we arrived on 6th Jan (National `present-recieving- day`in Spain) like our Christmas Day, so most places were closed - but we ate at Faro (literally across the road)and it was so friendly and the food was good! Unfortunately our 4 weeks have sped by and we find ourselves back in `cold dreary Britain` all too soon - "must have a word with `Father Time` about this at some stage"!!!!!

Boy have we had some wonderful sun-soaked days and Balmy nights tho. We have spent hours wandering through the little sleepy village and the port. The waters are so clear, you can see the fish popping to the surface. Local buses take you to so many different parts of the island on a regular timetable. We hired a car for a few days to travel to the extreme ends of Fuerteventura and it was amazing. We`re definately returning to this very same place.

As a now retired chef ... I obviously wanted to cook for ourselves and found so much choice from the local super markets, but more importantly found all the equipment I needed at the apartment that I would require. (having said that, we ate out a fair few times and loved absolutely everything we tried)

I admit to being quite fussy, having spent the last 25 years in the hospitality trade. I think I know what people expect and feel that Leslie and Tracey provide a lovely, clean, modern and idyllic base that will surely satisfy anyone!

So .... if its a `get away from it all` totally unspoilt destination you want/need to `re-charge your batteries` - then this is where its at!!!!! Love love loved it!!!!
