AUTUMN: A pleasant, almost spring-like temperature continues throughout the three months of autumn. In September and October sailing and swimming in the sea remain enjoyable options. It is extremely quiet and ideal for those who like solitary walks or prefer golf. Fascinating routes for driving through Low and High Ampurdan: local fresh fish, regional cuisine and renowned habanera festivals. The house becomes an idea space to relax and read, for artistic creation and conversation. Occasional Mediterranean storms provide a truly dramatic spectacle from the house’s various vantage points.

WINTER: The house is equipped to ensure a comfortable winter. You feel as if you are aboard a luxury liner. Splendid sea views. Fires in the hearth. Drinks in Llafranc. Visits to medieval towns and villages scattered fifteen kilometres from the house: potters, antiquarians, fresh fish markets. Ideal as a working space for professionals. Near the Dalí museum in Figueres and the Jewish quarter in Girona.
