About the property

Sea View Finca & HEATED pool

Country 120.000 m² finca with direct views to the sea, situated at La Matanza, only 9 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, a tourist town full of amenities. This avocado plantation (they only use Biological products, not pesticides) is a charming corner to enjoy the peace and the views. The large 10 x 4 m pool (heated in winter up to 24ºC) is absolutely beautiful and the BBQ area with comfortable sofas invites you to spend nice evenings enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. There are only 4 one bedroom apartments (57m2) + 4 two bedroom apartaments (67m2) each with own entrance and terrace, with ample bedrooms and quality furniture.

Apartment description: The apartment A has its own terrace, 1 double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, ample sitting room.

The apartment has WI-Fi, satellite TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: washing machine, oven, vitro, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

General: Linen and towels provided. Outdoors: private 1000 m² wild garden with fruit trees (you can take some fruit if you wish). Recommended local restaurants: La Cuadra de San Diego. Environment: quiet area of coastal fincas, most of them vineyards, small plantation or private houses. Pets: not allowed. Local Sports: swimming, diving, golfing, cycling, fishing and walking. Special note: a car is recommended.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Blick aufs Meer

Die Angaben im Internet haben sich in der Wohnung 1:1 wiedergespiegelt. Die Wohnung

war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist nach einer schönen Wanderung

sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr zufriedenstellend.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Man ist in 10 - 15 in Puerto de La Cruze. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr schöne und preiswerte Restaurant, z.B das "Casa Juan " in Matanza 600m entfernt ", das " San Diego " in El Rincon 10 Minuten mit dem Auto , das " Carambola " in Sauzal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Diverse Wanderungen können im Norden unternommen werden.

Impresionantes vistas y muy bien equipado

Me alojé con mi familia una semana en el mes de julio 2016, el apartamento esta nuevo y muy bien equipado, es muy cómodo, el jardín muy bien cuidado y con atenciones como fruta de la propia finca (plátanos y aguacates) a disposición de los inquilinos,agua embotellada y una botellita de vino. Las vistas desde la piscina o los apartamentos situados en la parte anterior son buenísimas y las puestas de sol las tienes enfrente. Solo un pero, el aire acondicionado, pasamos mucho calor.

En Canarias no solemos disponer de aire acondicionado en las casas porque la temperatura no suele pasar de los 28ºC en esta zona, pero es verdad que este año hemos tenido una ola de calor inusual!. It is the best place to enjoy soft temperatures all year round, as it is situated on the coast, and having easy access to all the interest attractions, as Mountain Teide, hidden beaches, quiet plazas and the long sea avenues of Puerto de la Cruz only 12 minutes from there.
