Sea View Finca & HEATED pool

Country 120.000 m² finca with direct views to the sea, situated at La Matanza, only 9 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, a tourist town full of amenities. This avocado plantation (they only use Biological products, not pesticides) is a charming corner to enjoy the peace and the views. The large 10 x 4 m pool (heated in winter up to 24ºC) is absolutely beautiful and the BBQ area with comfortable sofas invites you to spend nice evenings enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. There are only 4 one bedroom apartments (57m2) + 4 two bedroom apartaments (67m2) each with own entrance and terrace, with ample bedrooms and quality furniture.

Apartment description: The apartment A has its own terrace, 1 double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, ample sitting room.

The apartment has WI-Fi, satellite TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: washing machine, oven, vitro, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

General: Linen and towels provided. Outdoors: private 1000 m² wild garden with fruit trees (you can take some fruit if you wish). Recommended local restaurants: La Cuadra de San Diego. Environment: quiet area of coastal fincas, most of them vineyards, small plantation or private houses. Pets: not allowed. Local Sports: swimming, diving, golfing, cycling, fishing and walking. Special note: a car is recommended.

Wow ! Great Location, Stunning Views, Idilyic Getaway

Booked this as a 1 week getaway for me,my wife, our 1 yr old & my wifes parents. Having not been to Tenerife in 30 years and only then as small child to say my knowledge of the island was slim would be understatement. After several weeks of trawling website looking for accomodation i found costal eco avocado. The photos looked impressive & the price even more so. Much cheaper than some grotty looking apartments on other oarts of the island. It almost seemed to good to be true. Even the relaxed payment option made be apprehensive. (Part payment on arrival)

Although on arrival i neednt have worried absolutely stunning. The moment you step off the plane, everything is thought of - be it the much thought out instructions to get to the villa, the location with its picturesque views out to the atlantic to the front & views of mount Teide to the rear. Everything is thought of for your holiday enjoyment.

You are greeted to the villa by a coded security gate & the finca is situated in the middle of superbly maintained grounds of which all local produce is grown bananas, mango, avocados you name it, it seems to be grown there. The bottom of the property is the communal infinity pool (although i dont think we shared the pool at all), this is shared between the 8 apartments on site. The villa itself inside was spotlessly clean, had all the mod cons you require to have a self catering holiday or just the base for you to go off & dine. Bedrooms were both spacious, comfortable & gave adequate noise protection from a 1yr old in the night. The areas that really completes this villa is the outdoor space, every apartment has its on own outdoor space but #4 where we stayed was something else, hige outdoor space great space for sunbathing relaxing, ample shade area, 4 loungers, table & chairs parasol. Then also a huge gazebo/ pergola with dining & a open stone charcoal bbq to allow us to cook together and eat outside together pretty much every evening we were there, this area even had its own water facilities tap & sink.

The place was stunning, highly recommend. Its a great base for all be it the pool sun worshipers, families, adventurers, cycle groups, hikers. This place seems to have it all

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst!! Lage, Sauberkeit, freundlichkeit. Wer ein richtig ruhiger Ort zum Ferien machen dann ist hier das richtige! Wichtig man muss hier ein Mietwagen haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

trés propre, intérieur et exterieur

le soleil n'était pas au rendez-vous, dommage, car il a fait froid, les radiateurs ne chauffaient pas.mauvaise isolation des murs, on entend se qui se passe chez les voisins.

un plus, bananes du jardin à volonté ainsi que quelques autres fruits de région, et quelques bouteilles à notre arrivée, eau et vin.

belle région.

This coastal area is situated on one of the most beautiful areas of Tenerife, with all the views to the sea and surrounded by vineyards that offers local simple restaurants with local wine and excellent typical dishes at very good prices, out of the tourist areas. It is the best place to enjoy soft temperatures all year round, as it is situated on the coast, and having easy access to all the interest attractions, as Mountain Teide, hidden beaches, quiet plazas and the long sea avenues of Puerto de la Cruz only 12 minutes from there.
