Sea View Finca & HEATED pool

Country 120.000 m² finca with direct views to the sea, situated at La Matanza, only 9 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, a tourist town full of amenities. This avocado plantation (they only use Biological products, not pesticides) is a charming corner to enjoy the peace and the views. The large 10 x 4 m pool (heated in winter up to 24ºC) is absolutely beautiful and the BBQ area with comfortable sofas invites you to spend nice evenings enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. There are only 4 one bedroom apartments (57m2) + 4 two bedroom apartaments (67m2) each with own entrance and terrace, with ample bedrooms and quality furniture.

Apartment description: The apartment A has its own terrace, 1 double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, ample sitting room.

The apartment has WI-Fi, satellite TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: washing machine, oven, vitro, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

General: Linen and towels provided. Outdoors: private 1000 m² wild garden with fruit trees (you can take some fruit if you wish). Recommended local restaurants: La Cuadra de San Diego. Environment: quiet area of coastal fincas, most of them vineyards, small plantation or private houses. Pets: not allowed. Local Sports: swimming, diving, golfing, cycling, fishing and walking. Special note: a car is recommended.

Eine Ferienanlage, in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie (Eltern, 13jähriger Sohn, 16jährige Tochter) nach drei Jahren jetzt zum zweiten Mal auf der Finca Sandiego. Wir reisen häufig und es war das erste Mal, dass wir eine Ferienunterkunft unbedingt erneut buchen wollten und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Wie schon vor drei Jahren hat uns das durchdachte Konzept dieser kleinen Anlage und die Gastfreundschaft des Eigentümers und seiner Angestellten begeistert.

Die von uns gebuchte Wohnung (Nr. 7) ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der großen Terrasse blickt man auf den Pool und auf den Atlantik. Da wir gerne kochen, hat uns die voll ausgestattete Küche gefallen, in der uns nichts gefehlt hat. Wenn es eine Geschirrspülmaschine geben würde, wäre es fast perfekt. Sehr oft haben wir auch den Grill im Pavillon am Pool genutzt, bei dem es alle Dinge gibt, die man zum Grillen braucht. Auf dem großen Tisch des Pavillons liegt zur freien Verfügung jeden Tag frisch geerntetes Obst, welches auf der Finca wächst.

Maria, die fast jeden Tag vor Ort ist, geht umgehend auf alle Wünsche ein und versucht diese sofort zu erfüllen. Da sie in den letzten drei Jahren intensiv Deutsch gelernt hat, klappt die Verständigung ohne Probleme.

Enrique, der Eigentümer der Anlage, sucht immer wieder den Kontakt zu seinen Gästen. Man merkt, dass es ihm wichtig ist, wie wohl man sich in seiner Anlage fühlt.

Da zur Finca insgesamt nur 10 Wohnungen gehören, hat man den Pool und den Pavillion oft für sich allein oder muss ihn nur mit wenigen Gästen teilen.

Uns fiel es nicht leicht, wieder abzureisen und wir werden sicher noch häufiger Urlaub auf der Finca Sandiego machen.

This coastal area is situated on one of the most beautiful areas of Tenerife, with all the views to the sea and surrounded by vineyards that offers local simple restaurants with local wine and excellent typical dishes at very good prices, out of the tourist areas. It is the best place to enjoy soft temperatures all year round, as it is situated on the coast, and having easy access to all the interest attractions, as Mountain Teide, hidden beaches, quiet plazas and the long sea avenues of Puerto de la Cruz only 12 minutes from there.
