About this property

The Cottage is located on the main road through the village of Probus. Probus is a small but well served village between Truro and St Austell, It is well placed to visit the Eden Project, St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula as well as numerous beaches on both coasts of the county.
The cottage consists of a lounge with sofas and a flatscreen TV, dining room with table and chairs, sofa bed and allows access to the upstairs (range cooker for decorative effect only). The kitchen has all the bits you need for your stay and there is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs sees the two double bedrooms and the bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

Perfect for us

Great house for two or four, the village has everything you need & is central to visit most of Cornwall. A small secluded deck to the rear that formed a suntrap. Gary sorted out a small problem quickly, overall it was, as pa Larkin said "Perfick"

Lovely Stay in Probus

The cottage is very comfortable. It is in an excellent central location for exploring Cornwall. There are a few shops in the village, where you can buy groceries, etc. There is a petrol station, hairdresser and takeaway food shops and pubs. The garden is private and nice to sit in.
