Situated in Lapta, close to the main road. 150 meters away on the Lapta seafront. Peaceful location (cul-de-sac) with sea and mountain views throughout. ..Only 3 minutes walking distance to a nearby sandy beach., swimming pool and there is a Scuba diving center where you can Scuba dive. Also close by is another ideal location where you can enjoy fishing and water sports & tandem paragliding. Many Restaurants, bars & supermarkets nearby. Free wifi internet . Notes on accommodation: Your Electricity is not included. This is charged at cost per kw/hr direct from the meter. Readings taken at start and end of let. Payable to the caretaker. Smoking is not permitted within the cottage (outside only). Google Earth Location 35 21'04''N 33 09'21''E. Outside: Garden includes olive and of fruit trees. There is plenty of off street parking at the front and side of the cottage . Large terrace at front with a large stone table and chairs provided so you can sit out and enjoy the wonderful views day and night. Exterior lighting all round. The property is secured with stone walls and gates to prevent small children wondering outside unattended. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen for beds and towels are provided. Extra clean linen is provided weekly. Towels provided only on letting of cottage Free of charge . (Washing machine available in cottage the bedroom has fitted spacious wardrobes. double glazed windows. A/C. there is also a travel cot and a high chair , i also do car hire and airport transfers.

Great holiday.

We had an extended holiday and two of it were spent in one of Berke's lovely villas. We have been to North Cyprus before and Lapta in particular so we are no strangers to the area. The villas are in a useful situation, far enough from the main road for peace and quiet but close enough to walk to for a Dolmas (worth the experience). Berke and his family are lovely people, so friendly and helpful. Berke personally organised all our transfers and car hire, no fuss and bother. His knowledge of, and tips about shops, trips and restaurants is invaluable. The villa was roomy, clean and well equipped. Oh, and the abundant fruit from Berke's gardens (he will give you loads if you're lucky) is delicious.

A fab holiday

We recently rented Olive Tree Villa in Lapta being our first time to north cyprus. The villa is well looked after inside and outside , all the rooms were very clean and the kitchen is well equipped .Lots of fruit trees in the garden which Berke allowed us to pick fruit from the trees . The beach is in walking distance. Everything about our experience was perfect. They helped us find the perfect places to visit for my family (I had specific requests!) and they were tremendous during my visit with suggestions on what to do. I would highly recommend Olive tree villa and thanks again Berke for being so helpful.

The spacious property is well kept, clean, well equipped, and everything was in working order.

The property is centrally located making it easy to explore. Berke is very friendly and was eager to meet our needs. We were a family of six (four adults and 2 students) and our privacy was respected at all times. We can without hesitation recommend a stay at The Olive Tree and should we revisit Cyprus, this is where we would go, being "a home away from home".

Best place to stay in Lapta

I had a chance to spend my holiday with my friends at Lapta , and my stay at olive tree villa & seaside house holiday homes was so pleasant ( we are a large group so we booked 2 villas , Good location for the people who just want to stay away from the town , and location is perfect with good interior and good hospitality given by the owner Berke. Needless to say that the villas rooms are super clean,also the natural fruit from the garden which we were allowed to pick ourselves was very tasty we must come back again thank you Berke for a nice stay

summer hoiday

Mr Berke has been very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is also great, very well-equipped , just right for an excursion to the Lapta village ,The location is great
