Who hasn’t dreamed of having their own pied-à-terre in the heart of Florence? With sky-high ceilings and the Tuscan sunshine streaming in through the windows, the fully updated Suite Deluxe proves that some dreams really do come true.
THE SHOWER OF YOUR DREAMS
Start your morning at a leisurely pace: The king-sized memory foam mattress is so comfortable you might find yourself wanting to linger in pajamas all day (the bed can also be arranged as two twins).
One thing worth getting up for? The golden travertine spa bath, inspired by the famous hammams of Turkey. The spacious walk-in “emotional shower” features soothing color therapy, steam and aromatherapy, leaving you refreshed and relaxed.
CLASSIC MEETS MODERN
You might brew a coffee from the in-room espresso machine and sip it while seated at the custom-designed glass-and-steel dining table. Or meander over to the antique rolltop desk to write an envy-inducing postcard to friends back home.
Lounge in the main salon among antique furnishings and historic Florentine architecture. But with a fully updated kitchen, Smart TVs, air conditioning, a washer/dryer and fast wi-fi throughout, you have all the conveniences of the 21st century.
STEPS FROM THE TOP SITES IN FLORENCE
When you are ready to venture out, you’ll find yourself in the middle of everything. The central train station, the Piazza del Duomo and the San Lorenzo cathedral are just minutes away on foot. When you arrive, I'll escort you from the train station to the apartment myself, so you don't have to worry about navigating alone.
The classic San Lorenzo neighborhood is full of romantic trattorias as well as historic sites like the church of Santa Maria Novella, a masterpiece of Gothic and Renaissance architecture; the church of San Lrenzo, the Central Market; and the Medici Chapels, with tombs sculpted by Michelangelo.
This apartment's central location puts the best of Florence at your fingertips. But with five-star comfort and amenities, you may also be tempted to stay in at Suite Deluxe and master the sweet art of doing nothing.

The apartment is in a strategic location, a stone throw from central train station, Duomo Cathedral and all attractions. There's an elevator that's not a common facility in the center of the city and the building itself is elegant and of historical and cultural value, residence of Ugo Foscolo's patron Candida Quirina Mocenni, Martelli's relative, in '700.
A unique location between Santa Maria Novella, Cappelle Medicee, San Lorenzo Market and Duomo Cathedral. The area is full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and close to the incredible in-door market of San Lorenzo, the gastronomic mecca of the city.
Pier is the best host I have seen so far. He is very friendly and nice to accommodate our changes in the trip (because of the Air France Pilots' strike, we have been changing the arrival time but Pier is so patient and nice to us). He welcomed us in the apartment and showed us around. Let us know how to operate all the equipment in his lovely apartment. He even bought us fruit and drinks to welcome us. He also provided us a map of Florence and told us where are the attractions and the direction. Gave us useful tips and restaurant recommendations. He sent us email on the next day to make sure we do not have any questions.
For the apartment itself, it is located at the city center which is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The interior is remodeled and it gives you modern but blended with historical feeling (the building was built in 17th century). It is the best apartment we stayed during our Europe trip. We for sure will recommend this property to our friends and will come visit again in the future. =)

The apartment was very high tech with WiFi, TV, music and CD equipment. It has every comfort. Each room was very clean and very well appointed with all of the necessities. Piero has thought of everything for the traveler and has a very well equipped kitchen with nice dishes and cutlery. Numerous small kitchen appliances as well. The steam shower is a dream with rain shower as well as had held shower. The washer/ dryer, although a little tricky to figure out, was very convenient. The apartment is very conveniently located to all of the sights of city center and the train station. The supermarket right next door was great! We could not have been happier with this apartment and we highly recommend it.
Pier is an amazing host! He met us at the train station once we arrived and provided great recommendations on places to eat, visit and enjoy around Florence. The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance from the train station and walking distance to everything great about Florence. WHEN we go back, we will certainly reach back out to Pier. Thanks, Pier!
Pier met us at the station & showed us to and around the apartment, while providing lots of local tips and ideas for our stay. He was the perfect host. The flat was finished to a very high spec, and very centrally located in the San Lorenzo district right between the San Lorenzo and Santa Maria Novella churches - literally 10 mins walk from the Duomo and the station also. The supermarket below stocked all we needed for a week of self catering and the apartment had all ((plus a few more) necessary cooking facilities. It was spotlessly clean and the heating worked very efficiently... (we were there in March, so weather was a bit chilly and wet, but there is so much to do inside the museums and galleries that this was absolutely not a problem!). We loved our stay and would definitely recommend both Pier and the apartment to anyone else considering a holiday in Florence.
What an amazing, thoughtful and flexible host Piero was! Piero met us at the train station and walked us to his gorgeous apartment. It was just a short walk so no problem traveling with luggage. Piero spent time acclimating us to the apartment and all of its features. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. It has a luxurious bathroom (think very high end hotel), beautifully decorated living space that is both contemporary and historic all at the same time. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was high end and spotless. We also loved the bed and linens. Piero left treats for us (proseco, waters, juice, yogurt, bread with jam, etc). He also gave us acces to his espresso machine which was a treat each morning. The location of the apartment was ideal; only a 5 min. Walk from our daughters apartment, central to all Florence has to offer including the Duomo. We easily walked everywhere for the 2 days we were there. At the end of each day of exploring Florence, we looked forward to returning to the comfort and luxury of the Santa Maria Novella apartment. Piero kept in touch via text to make sure we were ok and graciously allowed us to stay a little longer on our departing day because our train was late in the evening. I would love to return to Florence and would absolutely hope to stay here again. This apartment is amazing!! Thank you Piero.
The Rooneys
My husband and I stayed here for the second time and it was still wonderful. The location is perfect. Close to train station. Grocery store right next door. Restaurants everywhere. Pier is a pleasure to communicate with. Very helpful. We love the modern with old world. Thanks Pier for another great vacation!
First thing: Piero is the nicest, most welcoming host I have ever met with a vacation rental. He met us at the train station, walked with us to the apartment, showed us how everything worked and made sure that we were able to connect to the internet, etc. He also provided OJ, water, milk, and most importantly coffee. He is a dream host! Secondly, the location of the apartment is perfect; 5-10 minutes walk from the SMN train station, right above a grocery store, and 5-10 minutes walk from the Duomo and many wonderful restaurants. It is also a beautiful apartment with a comfy large bed, plenty of closet space, drawers, and hangers, a steam shower with rain head, hand held, and waterfall (oh he also provided shampoo, body wash and toothpaste.) When we come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again!
Right in the center of the center of Florence.
