Country house has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles, dining room with fireplace about 35 meters, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, garden with fruit trees, surrounded by pine trees and olive trees.
The house is located on a plot of about 1000 meters, it is completely fenced and the front has a wonderful bougainvillea (Bougainvillea), garden with roses and other ornamental plants and fruit trees, several fig trees that give their exquisite fruit in full summer.
At the front there are two large terraces with unobstructed views, one of them is a wood oven. At the rear there is a barbecue.
It has a solarium of 50 meters with completely unobstructed views to the nearby pine forest.
Ideal for nature lovers who enjoy hiking, there are several hiking routes inside the Natural Park of Mondragó.

Wundervoll entspannter Aufenthalt inmitten herrlicher Natur

Wir waren im Oktober mit unseren Töchtern dort und jeden Tag im Meer baden. Der Fußweg zu den buchten war absolut machbar und kann auch mit einer kleinen Wanderung verbunden werden. Bezüglich der Mücken waren wir vorgewarnt und haben uns arrangiert (Repellent + Salbe für die Kids und Biteaway für die Erwachsenen). Ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit gingen auch die Mücken schlafen und wir konnten von der Dachterrasse aus die Sterne beobachten. Einfach genial.

Review

We had a very nice stay. The house is located in a national park, which makes it very calm. It’s near the beach aswell. Furthermore was the contact with Sebastian / Jose very easy. The first day a water pipe broke and Sebastian came to fix it. The rooms had air conditioning and the kitchen had everything was needed to cook and also very importantly, the kitchen had a dishwasher. The pool was very clean and the garden had many figs, lemons and very (!!) spicy chili. All in all, our group had a very nice stay, and we would come here again. Would recommend!

Wunderbare Finca im Naturschutzgebiet

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Nähe eines der schönsten Strände von Mallorca. Am Abend musste man der Natur Tribut zollen, denn die Mücken waren schon sehr stressig. Trotzdem haben wir jeden Abend auf der wunderbaren Terrasse verbracht. Wir können diese Finca auf jeden Fall empfehlen, allerdings nicht mit mehr als 4 - 6 Personen, da es nur ein kleines Bad gibt. Wir waren zu viert und es hat absolut gepasst.
