This spacious detached villa enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views from a very private and peaceful cul-de-sac location on the ‘Buenos Noches’ Urbanisation near Estepona. At the end of the cul-de-sac there is a small play area for children with a slide and swings. There is a large garden area with covered terrace so that you may enjoy al fresco dining even when the sun is at its height. The beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. The main coast road runs past the urbanisation giving access to Duquesa marina, Sotogrande and Gibraltar in one direction, with Estepona marina and town, Puerto Banus and Marbella in the other direction. This specious villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living dining room, a small lounge, a fitted kitchen, and a utility room as well a ground floor and first floor covered terraces.
