The Studio at Chesa Planaterra is newly furnished and spacious. It sleeps 2 +2 children in a double bed and comfortable sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. a dining area to seat 4 and a comfortable seating area with a modern smart TV. The studio has its own balcony (15m2), garden furniture and access to the shared garden. It can be rented alone or linked to the Apartment. All bed linen and towels are included. Come enjoy our very comfortable and well equipped 3 bedroom apartment in the center of Klosters located in the Chesa Planaterra Chalet. Great restaurants, shops, and ski hire's as well as the town centre are literally next door or a maximum 5 minute walk. The outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, luxurious children's playground, bunny hill, and complementary cross country and ice skating are immediately adjacent to the property in the newly upgraded Klosters Sports Center (2016).
The Full Monty – Ideal for large families or groups
The apartment includes two joined units, a 2 bedroom unit and a suite located on the ground floor of the classic Chalet. These units comfortably combine into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and two kitchen spacious apartment, ideal for families, friends or groups. Independently, privacy is guaranteed through a combined entrance hall with individual access. When opened, the individual access doors comfortably adjoin the two units.
The Main Unit – Great for a family of four or five
A spacious, fully loaded 83m2 apartment is at your disposal. The main unit includes one full bath and one shower room. The full bath includes two washbasins, a towel heater and a washing machine. An additional washer, dryer and drying room are located in the basement for shared use. The shower room also includes a washbasin and toilet. The kitchen was fully renovated in 2005 and is well equipped, with a full range of equipment (in addition to customary cutlery, dish washer, Nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, mixer, blender etc.). Spices and teas can be consumed if available.
There are two twin rooms, with one additional child sofa bed. All three rooms (bedrooms and living rooms) have ample wardrobe space. The living area includes a comfortable lounge, with a log fire place (please inquire with owner before operating), two double sofa’s and two reading chairs. A modern flat screen SMART TV with subscription cable and extended features is available (Netflix, USB etc.) as well as a PS2 with limited games (bring your own games and controllers if you intend to make full use of the console). WiFi is available and the signal is strong across the entire unit (50Mbit/s).
The dining room is configured to seat 6 comfortably, however the table can be extended to accommodate up to 8 people. 2 additional chairs from the studio apartment would be required to accommodate 8.
The balcony is 10m2 and can be directly accessed from one bedroom and the living and dining area. Further access from the balcony to the garden is granted directly through a gate which continues to the adjacent sports center. The balcony is equipped with two tables and six chairs. Outdoor seating can be extended with tables and chairs from the suite when the full unit is rented.
The unit includes and indoor parking spot with direct lift access to the unit. Access to a ski room is granted from the garage. Snow shoveling is done by the property management.
The Suite – The perfect romantic getaway or small family solution
The suite is an ideal area for seclusion, either from the rest of your crowd located in the main unit, or from your daily routine for a romantic getaway. With large glass windows covering two full walls of the corner unit, the suite has a tremendously relaxing feeling to it as you look out the windows over the peaks of the Alps. For privacy, feel free to roll down the shutters on all windows and sleep comfortably.

The unit includes an outdoor parking spot. Access to a ski room is granted from the garage.
The surroundings – no car required, you will never get bored
The adjacent newly renovated sports center (2016) can be directly access through the garden (Swimming, In/Outdoor Tennis, Ice Skating, Cross Country Skiing, beginners hill for skiing and more). Within minutes a challenging 9 hole golf course, horse riding, cycling and wonderful walks and hikes can be accessed. Sailing, sledging and many other activities can also be found in Davos. The ice skating in Klosters as well as local buses, trains and mountain access (mountain access is free in summer, 20% off in winter) are all free with your local guest pass.
This is ideal accommodation for skiing or summer holidays. The Klosters tourist office (please, contact owner for more info) offers an enormous amount of information about both winter and summer activities.
While Mitzi represents us, we the owners are a family of four, with two young children and have just recently become the happy owners of this beautiful apartment in Klosters. We are all avid skiers and really enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Klosters and Davos have to offer. We are all Swiss citizens with a very diverse background (American and Czech), and are willing to open our holiday home to travelers like us that wish to experience something new and wonderful.

Chesa Planaterra is unique in its charm and location. The combination of a classic but modern and spacious dwelling with immediate access to the best that Klosters-Davos and the Swiss Alps have to offer makes this rental unparalleled.
The apartment is very easy to enjoy, with spacious bedrooms, lots of cupboard space and bathrooms, and with the garden at hand in the summer or winter, it has a lovely bright feel to it. The location is fabulous as nothing is far away. There is an indoor and outdoor parking space but the centre of town is only a five minute walk away including the cable car station. It is a wonderful spot for a holiday.
Includes cleaning of property at conclusion of rental. Local guest tax payable locally (approx SF 35 per adult per week) in exchange for Guest Cards.
We stayed in the apartment in June 2011 & were very impressed by the standard of the accommodation. Everything you required for your stay was supplied, the location was excellent with all local services within walking distance.

The travel pass you receive for paying the tourist tax is fabulous & enables you to travel free on local trains, buses, cable cars etc in both Klosters & Davos.

We would reccommend the apartment to anyone who was looking for a peaceful Swiss resort with plenty of outdoor activities available.
