About this property

Delightful apartment full of atmosphere in a 1920s villa located in the central area of Lido in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The villa has a large private garden in which during the summer you can sunbathe or enjoy the shade and the cool sheltered by large trees. The villa is located along a canal, which immediately flows into the lagoon, easily reachable from water-taxis to / from the airport.
The house is a 7-minute walk from the vaporetto waterbus for Venice and islands and about 10 minutes from the beach. Parking is free along the road next to the villa.
In the apartment there are 4 beds. Prices vary depending on the season and the number of people, the rates are definitely convenient considering that you will have the historic beauty of Venice near the front door and live just like a Venetian. The apartment is furnished with care and is well equipped even for families with small children. For the winter months the apartment has independent heating. The villa is located near all services: bank, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus, bar, pizzeria, restaurants, cinemas, shops of all kinds and buses.
Bicycles are available (adults only) to walk the Lido streets in complete tranquility, admiring the Liberty villas and the beautiful gardens.

Grazie an Carla und Daniele

Top Lage, Gastgeberin hat Germanistik studiert, so dass der Austausch spielend gelang, ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Vaporetti fußläufig, Sitzplätze im Garten, es wurde einmal in 14 Tagen das Bad gereinigt, die Betten bezogen und der Müll entsorgt, was wir noch in keiner Fewo erlebt haben. Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und stellen Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Prosecco und ein großer Ostkorb. Was will Mensch mehr.

Unbedingte Empfehlung - Wiederkommen ist ein Muss

Sehr gut, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung (Möbel, Geschirr, ...). Der Empfang war herzlich. Der Obstkorb war eine gelungene Überraschung. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und nah am Anleger.

Eine wundervolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem traditionellen Haus auf dem Lido, hat Stil und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Carla und Ihr Mann sind sehr gastfreundlich und achten auf jedes Detail, so dass es an nichts fehlt: vom Haushaltsartikel über Bad- und Bettwäsche bis hin zu Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Carla spricht hervorragend deutsch und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Es war nicht nur die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten, sondern auch die best ausgestattete. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastische villa op het Lido

Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van de waterbushalte Lido. Op het Lido is het net een gezellig Italiaans dorp, met een Hoofdstraat met winkeltjes en horeca tentjes: je bent dan even af van de enorme drukte van het grote Venetië. Het appartement beschikte over twee goed onderhouden fietsen, leuk voor een tochtje naar Mallamocco, een pittoresk dorpje aan de kust. Wij bezochten de Biënnale en dan is het heel prettig dat je zo dichtbij zit: maar twee haltes net de valporetta. Het appartement is zeer schoon en bij aankomst stond er een kolossale fruitmand klaar, echt zo aardig. Elke nacht sliepen we als roosjes, zo rustig is de omgeving.

Notre séjour octobre 2019

La location était très agréable et parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Elle se situe à quelques pas des embarcadères du Lido. C'est une très bonne base pour visiter la ville et la lagune. Nous avons pu emprunter des vélos pour visiter le Lido jusqu'à Malamocco, ce qui est une très belle expérience. Mme Carla et son mari Daniele sont très prévenants et accueillants. Si le temps le permet, le jardin est accessible à tous.L'appartement est accessible avec des enfants et l'équipement est très complet .Vraiment une location à recommander.
