About this property

We have a 2 bed apartment within our home.
With total privacy, suitable for children over 5 years old with the following: lounge + UK freesat TV and Spanish TV, WiFi, gas oven with 5 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 large double bedrooms capable of sleeping 5 with a double and a single bed in each bedroom & shower / toilet room. It has it's own entrance and plenty of parking. It has a swimming pool plus a 6 seater jacuzzi for you to cool down in and are for the sole use of the apartment.

David Lee A great place to stay , in a quiet tranquil location in the rural area of Almeria with stunning panoramic views of the mountains. and surrounding countryside. Ideally situated for exploring, walking , mountain biking or driving to the beautiful Negratin lake with bars and water sports. Plenty of places to eat in the local Towns and Villages which are steeped in history. I would highly recommend the Casa con Vista where you will be greeted by the owners James and Patricia who will ensure that you will have a memorable stay . Highly recommended.

Guest access:
You have the total use of the private 2 bed apartment that has a bolted door separating it from the main part of our Villa. We only take one booking at a time for the apartment, which means that there isn't any sharing of the facilities.

Interaction with guests:
We have a welcome pack for your perusal, but we are always available to offer advice on local facilities and things to do.
Our property is a modern farmhouse style villa with 5 acres of land on which we keep our 2 horses, pony and 4 very friendly dogs. You will have your own key, we supply towels and linen, anything else then please ask us.

Other things to note:
If you are looking to experience real Spain in comfort, to relax in peace and tranquility with mountain views? Look no further this is the place for you.
For the more adventurous there are rambling walks in the nearby nature parks or a swim in the natural spa 10 minutes from us. Negratin lakes with water sports and mineral Spa 45 minutes away, or the famous Mar Menor with it's healing mud baths, Granada with the stunning Alhambra palace or the Sierra Nevada ski resort all a short drive away.
Our nearest airports are Granada, Almeria both approx 1 hour 15 mins away, then Murcia 2 hours, then Alicante and Malaga about 2 hours 30 mins.

A great stay

Elaine and Ricky were excellent hosts. - very welcoming and there if needed for anything at all , but equally happy to leave you alone if that was your preference. We really felt they made huge effort for us to have a really great holiday . Very helpful information both in folder and verbally about things to do and how house worked. The house is supercool in the heat and had everything we needed and more. It was impeccably clean. The outside space was lovely. Pool was great. as was the peace and tranquillity with fab views outside. The surrounding area was wonderful to explore, with plenty to do. Elaine's horses were just lovely and we are most grateful to have had a wonderful ride too . Locals are all very friendly and very welcoming and I'm pretty sure we will be back adding to the regular list of reattenders!

Great rural retreat

Beautiful spacious villa in a rural setting. No immediate neighbours, so very private with 360 views. Description true to word. Garden and pool area spotless. Hosts, Patricia and Ricky, were superb and spot on with their hospitality. Great communication throughout. Fantastic personal touches - milk/bread/eggs for our late arrival, good knowledge and recommendations for the local area. Very much enjoyed our stay (despite some freaky wind). No hesitation to recommend.

The best holiday we havd had.

This was the best holiday we have ever had without any doubt. From the moment we arrived and met by the hosts and shown round we went into relaxation mode. The villa is spotless and the facilaties great, the welcome pack is a brilliant and welcome touch as well. The hosts provide a excerlant folder that is a great guild to the area. If you want to sit and enjoy the views and relax by the pool or exsplore the real spain and its hills and villages this is the perfect place. You wont find better hosts or venue. You need to exsperiance this place and the area yourself to appreciate what a pricless gem Cassa con Vistas and its owners are. We WILL be booking again. Thankyou Pat and R for a wonderfull time. Lovey stay in Serón

We had a lovely stay in Serón. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, the property it's on is beautiful, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. We especially loved meeting the dogs and horses. I highly recommend!

nous ne nous attendions pas à la présence des propriétaires ,personnes très charmantes au demeurant . mauvaise lecture de l'annonce notre part probablement.néanmoins un certain manque de clarté de l'annonce. Exposés directement à la vue des propriétaires ,nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé les piscines . De même ,il faudrait savoir que l'évier et la gazinière de la cuisine sont à l'extérieur de la maison . Donc par temps venteux ,ce qui était le cas , problème d'extinction de flamme sans pouvoir le voir la journée . (Les éoliennes sont situées à environ 500m .) En résumé , une annonce manquant de précision .
