The first two bedrooms are equipped with single beds and are connected externally through a balcony offering a lovely, panoramic view.
The upper level bathroom is bright and spacious.
Finally, the third bedroom offers a double bed, large closets, as do all the other bedrooms as well, and a separate balcony, overseeing the garden and the sea.
The external space of the villa is fenced and has a closed, private entrance. The surface is paved with stone and offers parking spaces for at least 3 cars. The garden of the house is an oasis with trees, plants and flowers in absolute harmony with the nature around the property.
The outdoors space is an ideal environement for moments of serenity and relaxation.
Enjoy a revitalizing swim or a refreshing drink by the pool during a beautiful sunrise, or a tasty dinner with friends and family at the specially designed and naturally decored with a bougainvillea, covered, paved and with a lovely view barbecue area.

The distance from Athens is 2 hours.
You can also explore the local wineries such as are in Nemea or outside of Argos and taste greek wines.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL THE GUESTS: According the change in the law on short-term rentals in Greece (LAW 5073/2023), that is effective from 1/1/2024 all renters/visitors, who have made a reservation through short-term rental platforms, are required to inform regarding the passport or id details and pay additional 2 taxes on top of the rental amount.
The visitor's taxes are:
0,5% of the rent amount and
10 euro per day of stay (10euro*days).
Those must be paid in cash on arrival date, before check in. Taxes are collected for the owner, by the person who will welcome visitors on the day of the arrival. At the same time, an issued receipt for the paid amounts will be given from the name of the owner.
The taxes will be returned to the Greek state, with the declaration of particular stay at the end of each month.
