This spacious villa offers comfortable family holiday accommodation. Ideally situated on the close to the Vendee coast (15km) and local amenities. Set in a calm residential area on the Golf complex of Fontenelles, it has a private heated pool and enclosed garden. Cycle hire is available, bookable in advance. Situated adjacent to the Madame Vacances complex this privately owned and run villa is ideal for those wanting to enjoy golf, theme parks, the beaches of the Atlantic and more.
Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is a seaside resort on the Vendée coast, between Saint Jean de Monts and Les Sables d'Olonnes Immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings, with hiking, cycling and more available in the local area, or make the most of the close proximity to the golf course during your stay. Coëx is just 5km away and offers shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as a pretty village feel and parks. The town of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie also offers a wide range of activities, including a theme park, along with plenty of outdoor pursuits.

We were very impressed with the property exactly as stated. Very spacious clean and comfortable. The pool was great as was the pool table and table tennis. Good location if you like golf. Made a good base for exporing around the vendee area. St Gilles Croix De Vie lovely place to visit and local village Coex for top up shopping.

Fantastic property. Well equipped and very clean.

From the initial enquiry into the property the communication from Phil has been fantastic. He answered all our queries promptly and with detail. The property itself was very clean and well maintained, and is extremely well equipped making it a perfect choice for a family holiday. Everything from sharp knives in the kitchen to U.K. tv! There is also a brick BBQ and a decent sized heated pool along with a secure covering - both of which were used daily in our stay. We will definitely be back, for sure. We have no hesitation recommending both Phil and this property to any future guests. Thanks Phil and hope to see you again next year.

Amazing place and service!

We had the best week staying here. Phil was brilliant at communicating all the way up to our stay and during checkin/check out etc. the house is perfect. The pool warm. Location is great with everything you need close by. We will be booking again. Thank you for such a perfect stay.
