This charming little house is located in Lido Altanea di Caorle, a newly built area surrounded by greenery. It is extremely recommended for families with children, you can spend your holidays in a quiet and protected area for children, the only one of its kind with swimming pool, sea, entertainment, large green areas and shops. You will find everything you need to spend wonderful holidays, guaranteed!

COTTAGE:
The cottage covers a total of 57 square meters distributed over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find all the comforts you need on your holiday: air conditioning, safe, microwave, cable TV with foreign channels, wi-fi internet connection (near the pool).
In the PRIVATE GARDEN private you will find two deckchairs and a table with chairs, all is fenced with gate at the entrance to ensure privacy and tranquility.
We also provide two bicycles to take advantage of the many cycle paths in the area, including one that leads directly to the center of Caorle!

RESIDENCE:
The cottage is part of a residence with two swimming pools (for adults and children) with a large solarium, equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
If you have children, the fun is guaranteed by the games and the large common green spaces inside the village, which is fenced with gates to ensure maximum tranquility while playing.
If you also want to prepare a barbecue, there is a common barbecue.

LIDO ALTANEA:
Near the cottage you will find everything you need: hypermarket, shopping park with shops, bars, restaurants / pizzerias ..., soccer fields, minigolf, volleyball, basketball. At 300 meters from the cottage you will have access to the Pra delle Torri golf courses. The beach is both free, and equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
In the evening the entertainment entertains young and old with shows and cabaret.
Note: The tourist tax of the City of Caorle is already considered in the price, therefore it will not be requested at the time of your arrival. The cost is € 6.30 / person and is counted as "administrative expense" in the total amount foreseen in the cost of the booking.
