Located on the 10th floor (with lift), the accommodation offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a romantic city break in Malaga. Although it is situated in the heart of the city, the apartment is situated in a quiet location, with no street noise; yet it is close to all the attractions, restaurants and tapas bars, and just a few minutes walk from the beach.

The architect-designed apartment has been optimally spaced and comprises large room with sliding partition, which allows the accommodation to be divided into two room. During the day the apartment contains a large room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed, flat screen TV and bathroom with massage shower. During the evening the sliding partition separates the bedroom area from the rest of the apartment and has a fold-out double bed.

The accommodation is of extremely high quality and offers a brilliant location and superb views across Malaga. The apartment comes with our best recommendation.

We offer wireless Internet for 10 € per reservation.

Malaga City

This apartment is perfectly located for anyone visiting Malaga. All the landmarks in the historic city are only minutes away with the cathedral being situated only 200m from the front door and the beach ten minutes walk away. It is clean and well presented. It says it sleeps 4 but whilst possible, this would be a little bit crowded so would recommend for 2 only. A little gem that if returning, we would stay at again. Would particularly recommend the wine/café/bar right opposite entrance to apartment building. The wine and food are of an excellent standard and reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and will recommend dishes and wine if you are uncertain. Well worth at least one visit!

pour notre premier sejour a malaga avons été comblé, l appartement est situé au cœur du quartier historique, au pied de la cathedral,pas besoin de vehicule tout se fait a pied , l apartement est tres bien agencé tres propre,avec des vues sur la cathedral et sur l alaquazba superbe, nous avons été acceuilli par juan un grand merci pour sa gentilliesse et sa disponibillité, bref un sejour parfait a recommandé

Wonderful location

Perfect place for staying in Malaga and enjoying this wonderful, chanting, singing and friendly city.

We would recommend this property to everyone who likes a nice designed flat. Very clean and a real spectacular view to all sides of the Malaga city.

Very friendly owner, provided excellent service. Restaurants, cafes and bodegas are located just around the corner. Very good food, wonderful bakery and wines! Attractions: the new harbour, the palm gardens and the amazing alcazaba.

Malaga central apartment

To begin with Paco our taxi driver was just brilliant he was so knowledgeable on Malaga so both my travelling partner and I thought he made the trip into the centre much more interesting.  He spoke English so well.  Well worth the cost.  We also used him on the return journey so that was again interesting he was very helpful for example providing the Malaga English paper.

The flat owner Juan met us on time and was helpful and made us feel welcome.  The flat was so well situated, just by the cathedral and having the car restrictions in the old historic quarter it was also very quiet. (something that should be mentioned on web site)  Everything was in working order and newly renovated we really enjoyed the stay.  It is a bright and comfortable flat.  

There are so many interesting places to visit on the doorstep you could not fault the location and just suited us for a short break, with cooking facilities to give us flexibility and restaurants, cafeterias and museums just minutes away.

I would definitely recommend this flat for Malaga and as base to visit the surrounding areas.

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
