About this property

Modern 2 bedroom caravan minutes walk to fabulous beach

This 2016 Willerby caravan offers a fantastic base for a great holiday in Norfolk. Situated on the Pinewoods Holiday Park, it offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite toilet, and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds.

The living accommodation seats 4 comfortably and has a dining table and four chairs. It offers all the amenities you would expect from a quality caravan including a built in oven and hob, fridge freezer, gas central heating (hopefully not needed!) TV and DVD player and a well fitted kitchen.

The caravan has a large outdoor decking area which enjoys the sunshine all day long. Its also full enclosed and dog friendly. There is a large and very comfortable dining set for four people and a gas barbecue.

Brilliant stay

The property had everything we needed in a lovely quiet spot . We would definitely come back hopefully this summer.

Good but not in all areas

Check in over 1 hour late due to caravan not cleaned. Didn't get in until after 5pm. Carpets and sofas need cleaning. Very stained. Lots of ants in the caravan. Even in our beds. BBQ thick with grease so didn't use it. Location excellent. Size of caravan excellent

Summer break

The caravan was perfect for our family with everything we could possibly need from a wireless speaker to coffee machine and lots of other extras. Lots of outdoor space and a great location only a few minutes from the beach.

We love Norfolk and Wells especially. The beach is fabulous and very dog friendly. There are so many walking options here, the beach the woods or just into town. The caravan is just minutes from the beach café and the beach itself.
