Dream house with exceptional views of Tagomago island and hinterland.
The villa is located at the top of Punta Grossa and enjoys stunning views of both the bay and the hinterland. One of the most beautiful view of the island!
The whole house is oriented to take advantage of this exceptional situation with communicating terraces with all the living spaces. It is fully equipped to live comfortably to 12 people.
Cala San Vicente (beach maintained, not too crowded and supervised, restaurants, bars, ...) is less than 5 minutes.
The villa is on 3 levels:
Ground floor with large terraces (120m2 with various shaded outdoor living rooms and a dining room, barbecue) includes a large kitchen, living room and dining room, guest toilet and a covered terrace (patio ) with open fire (barbecue).
From the terrace, you access by stairs to the pool and terrace.
Upper level is an apartment which has its private covered terrace and a balcony.
Lower level offers 5 rooms with direct access to the terrace of this level. A laundry room is also accessible.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views

This is a brilliant holiday. If you want piece and quiet, with stunning views, this is a great choice. You definitely need a car as it is exactly 1 mile up a very steep hill. You are very much staying in someone's house, which was find by us, but the property was in need of some maintenance work. Overall, it’s a stunning villa and we would go again

Awesome autumn break

Spent a week here in October for a family get together with family ages from 7 months to 70 years. Fabulous villa for family of 13 with pool, breathtaking coastal views and in a beautiful part of Ibiza. Great beaches for swimming/ snorkelling and some really good restaurants nearby.

Amazing place requiring some TLC

My family of 8 people thoroughly enjoyed a weeklong stay in this wonderful place. Completely ‘WOWED’ on arrival by the size and position of the villa, with the most incredible views. Abdul welcomed us with the biggest smile, and communicating with him throughout the stay was easy. However, over the first few days we began to notice a few things… 1) The beds needed airing, they felt damp down to the mattresses for the first few nights. 2) A lot of the furniture (indoor and outdoor) needs repairing/replacing – my auntie ended up on the floor after one of the chairs in the inside dining area collapsed underneath her (thankfully she wasn’t too hurt). 3) BBQ very dirty, requires a thorough clean. 4) Some fixtures and fittings need some attention. 5) The windows need a good clean, especially in the upstairs bedroom as the view is amazing. 6) Pool area in need of attention – the pool filter clogged a few times due to debris from the plants, and nobody came to tend to the area during our stay. 7) The whole place could probably do with a deep clean, although it was adequate enough for us. 8) Lots and lots of ants! We also had a few issues whilst we were there – due to the position of the property there is a pump system for the water. This failed on one occasion leaving us without power and water, but within 15mins of contacting the owner, we had someone onsite to resolve the issue. We also returned to a bottle of fizz as an apology, which was greatly appreciated. Also on the first evening we realised there was no gas for the hob, but again, within 20mins of messaging Abdul, we had a replacement butane bottle installed. For us, the positives outweighed the negatives: 1) The views! Just WOW! 2) The location – 5 mins drive from the beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. It is possible to walk up/down in 30-40 mins if relatively fit. 3) The pool is lovely on a hot day. 4) Fantastic outside space – you could dine at a different table every night! 5) Very well equipped – absolutely everything you need (and more!) in the kitchen, an abundance of towels in each room, books, games, etc. 6) Good value for money in an exclusive area. All in all, it’s a fantastic place that just requires some TLC as it does feel a little run-down/very well lived-in. However, we had a fabulous holiday and probably would return if some elements are improved. Thanks Philippe & Abdul!

holiday with the chicas

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. It is a beautiful house with really nice features and amazing vieuws. We were with 8 persons and there is a lot of space around the house with nice places to sit. The house was very clean and the garden very well maintained. Mohamed from the agency was fantastic and I thank him for the nice welcome! Thanks again for staying in the villa , we had a holiday to never forget!

Bella casa, scarsa pulizia

La casa è fantastica, in un contesto naturale meraviglioso (su una collina con vista mare) a 5 minuti in auto da Cala San Vicente, una spiaggia stupenda a nord est di Ibiza. La casa è grande e ben strutturata, in 8 adulti e 6 bambini/ragazzini ci siamo stati perfettamente, ha belle zone esterne, è circondata dal verde ed è provvista di una bellissima piscina su una terrazza. Il lato negativo dell'esperienza è stata la pulizia della biancheria: lenzuola, asciugamani per il bagno e per la piscina e federe erano vecchie e consunte e, sopratttutto, non pulitissime. Le donne che erano con noi hanno sentito l'esigenza di lavare tutto; fortunatamente in casa sono disponibili una lavatrice e una asciugatrice. Se il proprietario rinnovasse la biancheria e la curasse meglio, questa sistemazione la considererei da 6 stelle.
